This deck aside from winning often enough for me to post here, is really fun to play, i'm still tweaking with 3 / 4 Brave the Elements vs. 3 / 4 Soldier of the Pantheon , same with 3 / 4 Banishing Light vs. 3 / 2 Brimaz, King of Oreskos , 3 Brimaz is a lot but he's a target. The reason I am running Dictate of Heliod over the Spear of Heliod is because it is much more powerful and surprisingly easy to cast with the devotion, flash or not, and also simply because i have taken a personal liking to it, even outside of mono-white. Also I imagine the spear would get in the way of the other, more important 3 CMC permanents.
