Oh yeah, definitely too many lands. I'd say 22 lands would be enough for a 2 color 60 card deck that isn't control. Uh, jeez, there's really a lot happening here and there's still not much to go on. What do you you really want to do with this deck?

A little unsure of the direction you want to go with this deck. It would be helpful if you said what type of a deck you were going for. Whether it be life gain (not a way to win BTW just a way to lose slower), Fatties, or well costed creatures with buffs and such.

this my first deck and im really just wanting to get feedback on what i should change any suggestions for my deck and any changes i should make. im really trying to stay green/white as i understand green has strong creatures while white heals you and raises your creature defense and attack i think. so way to many lands

The problem with making suggestions is that suggestions depend entirely upon knowing a direction to go in. My GW deck doesn't necessarily make big cratures, it makes lots of them. Then they get big, but that's actually because of the white half. It can also triple (possibly even more) my life total every turn. If I posted the deck on here, I could expect people saying to add Doubling Season because of all the counter and token production and Rhys the Redeemed because of the massive amount of tokens it would make.

But we don't really understand your budget or your limitations in what you own. Until we know that, we can't really make any suggestions beyond "Less land, more spells." Also, I'd say to keep it at 60 cards in the deck.

Well then I will make a copy and do some edits if you would like. It would be nice to have a budget to stay within since I am unsure how much you plan on spending on singles to flesh out the deck but I will try to keep it from being too expensive.

Alright, that does help. Ordeal of Heliod , Ordeal of Nylea , Phalanx Leader , Voracious Wurm and a lot of others fit in that. You can go here and enter your search to find things you want to get.

thanks so look for card like those

Sure. Or look for things like Felidar Sovereign , one of a few cards that actually DO win through life gain. Boon Reflection and Rhox Faithmender can help, too. You can look up decks by hub and look at decks focused around life gain, by the way.

Ok so I made a GW Fatties deck for you to look at and here it is: T&A (Titans and Angels, You Pervert)

It isn't the greatest but I think it at least has a cohesive focus and so it is something you can work with and tweak to how you like.

im definitely gunna look int those cards ive never heard of most of them

October 6, 2013 9:24 p.m.

Well, it is a 4/6 with vigi and lifelink, so it can gain life on attack and defense. And the other two make life gain even easier. Add some more life gain cards (like some copies of Ordeal of Heliod stacke on the Sovereign) and you're in the money.

magiccards.info is a nice place to look up cards and it has a pretty good advanced search feature so you can find exactly what you want within the database of all magic cards. I like its search function much better than gatherer and it has current oracle text and the prices off of the tcgplayer.com widget so you can even see real time prices.

If you are going to go with Felidar Sovereign I would suggest Advocate of the Beast to pump him each turn and make it even faster to gain life via his lifelink.

this is my updated deck let me know what you think

November 12, 2013 12:20 p.m.

Ya know, at this point, I'd just make this into an EDH / Commander deck with Trostani at the Helm. Check out my deck, Chains of Life (Gain) if you want some ideas on that.

whats and EDH deck

November 13, 2013 3:15 p.m.

Elder Dragon Highlander. It's the original name for Commander. Hundred card deck of singletons (everything can only have a single copy except for basic lands) with a Legendary creature that encompasses the colors in the deck. So a Trostani, Selesnya's Voice EDH deck would have 99 more cards that can only be green, white, or colorless in mana cost and text box (except reminder text, like with Extort, but that's another matter).
