Khans gameday today, gonna give it a shot. This list did pretty well at the Colorado States for StarCity last week (12th overall). I really think the Mono-Red is positioned well against a lot of the popular metas currently in Standard.

Examples herein (or therein): Jeskai tempo: This list gets underneath the "tempo" decks they play. A removal heavy board helps with killing combos before they start. I almost never have a tough time with Jeskai.

Mono-Green; Courser/Caryatid Decks: The many green based variants that are prevalent in most tourneys are good decks, that's fo sho. This list gets under them pretty well, and puts them on the defensive, which is not where they want to be. Pro tip: Burn a mystic somehow, Stoke a courser, game is yours.

Soldiers/Token Aggro: Outrun them with swiftspears, and mad aggro beats. Rabble rabble party party dont forget the violence.

Mirror/ Rabbles: Use Dragon Mantles to get draw advantage, flamespeakers to smash over, and get card advantage. Be patient, rabble hard, rabble in response. Maybe board in the anger of the gods for board clear emergencies, and use something crazy like Searing blood or Arc Lightning for removal and bust out Chandra #2 or Soul o' Shandy to toss a finisher out. Game, set, rage scoop?

Problem Deck: Abzan Lists with Rhino. Lifegain+5 Toughness= Dead Goblins+ Sad Player (you). Best strategy Ive figured is to reach like crazy to remove rhinos, and be patient with your creatures. Lemme know suggestions or strategies youve used. Grazi!
