Why wipe the board when you can give everyone everyone else's stuff?

This is a first go at a usually Norin based deck, and I put a blue spin on it with a commander that enjoys the many different spells included in this deck. This deck is intended to make the game as confusing and long as possible. You may not win, but you will still have fun doing it and annoy the crap out of your friends.

Currently I am having issues with being more interactive early game and haven't found a god solution myself yet. I would enjoy any input you people may have in changing the deck and suggesting cards that may fit the deck better.
