This is my introductory turbo fog budget deck I created. This deck is ideal for players wanting to start turbo fog but don't necessarily want to spend a lot of money.

So what is turbo fog?

Turbo fog is a unique and fun type of control deck centring around preventing damage through spells and abilities or by removing creatures on the board to stay alive instead of blocking. The deck type is named after the card Fog . There are a lot of other cards that do the same thing as it like Holy Day or Hallow . Another key factor of turbo fog decks are it's draw engines. The most popular draw engine is Howling Mine as it can be used in any deck and because it's only two mana. Turbo fog decks are not easy for new players as it's all about playing the right cards are the right time and because there usually isn't a lot of creatures to defend with.

So this deck focuses on negating all combat damage while also milling your opponent too with the main card, Sphinx's Tutelage . This deck allows you to draw a lot of cards too so most of the time you will have a fog card like Ethereal Haze or Riot Control in your hand. If you run out of fog cards then you can use card like Elixir of Immortality to shuffle them back into your deck. Having no creatures to defend with isn't a problem either as your opponent won't be able to deal damage to you.

The maybe board are cards, I feel are good, for upgrading this deck. They're currently not in the deck as they are too pricey for this budget deck.
