The idea of the deck is to cast Eldrazi Conscription using Academy Researchers ASAP

Here's a perfect turn sequence:

Turn 1: Land, Birds of Paradise/Elvish Mystic

Turn 2: land, Lightning Greaves

Turn 3: Academy Researchers attaching Eldrazi Conscription and equipping Lightning Greaves, Attack for 12 with Annihilator 2

Turn 4: Watch your opponent whimper

But... Life doesn't always go right so...

don't have a what you need use Collected Company to find what you need:

Now what if your opponent is using scorched earth policy (U/B Counter spell frenzy or board wipes), then use Nomad Mythmaker and Eternal Witness to get stuff back.

Or if your looking to have some fun torching your opponent, use Arcanum Wings to attach Eldrazi Conscription to Kor Spiritdancer and draw some cards.
