If you need mana how bout Karametra's Acolyte + Singing Bell Strike ? You could even enchant the follower with the strike to INFINITELY untap everything you own!

@ZakMyLastName Those missing cards are only missing for mtg online, but are already calculated within that 115 number. The 115 number also uses tcgplayer medium prices, which are horribly overpriced. Finally, this "budget" is for me, assuming that I already own the playset of Sidisi, Brood Tyrant and Whip of Erebos. Combined with cart optimization, the lowering of FRF card prices, and already owning the aforementioned cards, the rest of this deck could be bought for 30-40$. It's only deceptively expensive,

true but i dont see this deck taking off like heroic did. And to truly find the #1 budget deck, there needs to be playtesting. Lots of it. And i dont see you volunteering to do that.

I've actually been playtesting this deck a lot with a couple friends of mine. I keep on switching up the board slightly, because I am seeing what works, and what could be done better. So yes, it is being playtested, and good progress is being made.
