Sideboard

Because this deck isn't the heroic that Standard deserves, but it's the one it needs right now.

UPDATED

In order to keep up with the natural progression of the meta since DoT, changes have to be made to this deck for it to stay competitive. First and obvious change is the inclusion of Dromoka's Command. This finally gives us the removal we so sorely needed. Valorous Stance was OK but there were still many threats under that 4 toughness threshold such as Goblin Rabblemaster, Mantis Rider and Fleecemane Lion that couldn't be dealt with, not to mention the Command has 4 incredibly useful options for the same CMC. Enchantment removal built in? Ability to proc Heroic twice on two different targets? Yes please and thank you.

With the mana base changes required to support green, additional tweaking had to be done on the mainboard. You'll have noticed Battlewise Hoplite has been removed completely. The early blue mana required to run this on say, turn two or even turn three while holding one white for Gods Willing can put a lot of pressure on your fetchlands and rely on some lucky land draws. To replace this, Monastery Mentor and more Seeker of the Ways were added in. Apart from the more flexible mana costs, both cards strive in this deck where protection, +1/1 counters and other card threats offset their weaknesses.

Another omission was Aqueous Form from the mainboard. With the addition of better removal, ability to go wide with Monastery Mentor and having more reliable access to Treasure Cruise, it makes this card almost completely moot. It's still very useful against Green Devotion or any chunky ramp decks you may come across where breaking through early pays off greatly.

Match-ups

Jeskai Aggro: Your typical mix of rush and burn with Goblin Rabblemaster and Mantis Rider. Aim here is to remove that Mantis and force your way through with your superior creatures. Sideboard is almost not needed but removing 2 Ordeal of Thassas for a couple of Encase in Ice can help keep board control and break through lines.

Green Devotion: Usually involves many fat hydras and deathtouch bees. With this you wanna swap out the less useful stuff that can be easily walled, like Lagonna-Band Trailblazer and a couple Seeker of the Ways and an Ordeal of Heliod since lifegain is less important here. Swap in the Aqueous Forms, Disdainful Strokes and the island. This helps break through the fatties and suicide bee squads as well as pre-emptively stop them from casting those bigger units.

Esper / Dimir Control: Interesting matchup. After the first game (Probably a loss lets face it). Take it right back to them and beat them at their own game. This is the one matchup where Dromoka's Command is not needed. Sub out these along with the Forest, 2 Ordeal of Heliods and a Seeker of the Way and throw the Island along side all those Treasure Cruises, Stubborn Denials and Disdainful Strokes.

Abzan Aggro / Midrange: Beefy dudes with decent removal. Depending on the level of aggro you are up against you want to throw in a mix of Encase in Ice, Disdainful Stroke, and/or a Treasure Cruise. Removing the Ordeal of Heliods and a Seeker of the Way is a good idea here as the life gain isn't needed since you play a much better tempo game then them.

Mirror: Whoever gets the removal without Gods Willing in hand, or pops Ordeal of Thassa first wins. Glare of Heresy helps this a ton and Aqueous Form breaks through their own beefers. Probably want to swap out an Ordeal of Heliod, a Lagonna-Band Trailblazer and the Ajani's Presences, since the indestructible here isn't needed as much.
