Awesome list, i really like all the synergy here. There are some cards that would fit, but would rather be redundacy: Garruk's Horde is somewhere between oracle and vizier and also synergizes well with prophet and yeva. Soul of the Harvest draws you some cards during each and every turn, and Zendikar Resurgent does the same while also doubling your mana. Reason / Believe could be pretty decent as well.

To your suggestions: Garruk's Horde is a powerhouse but Vizier of the Menagerie seems to be better due to lower mana cost and the not revealed information as the card is not revealed.

Soul of the Harvest seems pretty decent too but I intent to go for Prime Speaker Zegana instead, as she refills the hand immediatly and gets additional benefits from Murkfiend Liege.Maybe even a Azami, Lady of Scrolls since a lot of the creatures are wizards and untap all the time.

For the other to I see the problem that they are nether creatures or lands, wich on top are not that nice.Im regulary getting slowed down by a Utopia Sprawl on top I cannot cast but its a necessery deal I have to make if I want turn 2 4 mana.

Yo, this deck is fantastic, great job!

This is a super promising build!! I would like to make a few recommendations though. First and foremost, you have too many big drops. They are all really good, but there will be a time during the game when you will won't be able to get any value off of your creatures because they will all be moderately expensive. I would recommend making the average CMC a little lower. Cards like Coiling Oracle and Courser of Kruphix are lower costed, fit in with your top of the library theme, and also work better with a ramp/value based strategy than cards like Master Biomancer and Murkfield Leige. Also, I'd add in a few copies of Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. Essentially, it can only help you. All of your creatures except Glen Elendra Archmage are green, and Nkythos can turbo out a number of your value generators turns before they would normally come out. Also note that Nykthos is incredible with Arbor Elf + Utopia Sprawl .

All in all: love this deck, easy +1 from me.

Well this is really cool! I've been looking for a deck for Vizier of the Menagerie ever since it was spoiled, but everything I tried just seemed lackluster. I would also second the Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx suggestion, or maybe even a single Growing Rites of Itlimoc  ^Flip. The synergy with Kiora's Follower is pretty insane for generating lots of mana. I know itlimoc is just another enchantment that you can't remove from your library so nyx is probably the better addition if you will only include one.

After a period of playtesting I decided to splash some white for Spell Queller, additional fetches(more shuffling=more fun) and a more reliable side-board.

Wouldn't Noble Hierarch be better than Utopia Sprawl? You wouldn't run into that problem of stopping if a Utopia Sprawl is on top, and its a T1 mana ramp as well. The only negative synergy I can see is not getting 2 mana from Kiora's Follower untaps.

i run Utopia Sprawls to be able to have 4 mana on turn 2, wich allows me to play the 4 mana core creatures. but having them on top isn't that bad since we're almost always able to shuffle via fetchs

i think about cutting Kiora's Follower for some Noble Hierarchs tough.

I might suggest adding a single plains to your mana base. Field of Ruin and Ghost Quarter really wrecks your white mana with your current setup.

I had to give this a +1 just because it's a modern deck which plays Courser of Kruphix, Vendilion Clique and Mystic Snake in the same deck (just like my Intruder Alarm combo deck)
