Everyone is focused on winning. But how about a deck that makes you lose? Even on Turn 1. In at least 5 possible ways.

Well, I bring you Why Win When You Can Lose?! It's a grand, spankin' new deck that will confuse your opponents and friends alike. Want to lose? Then THIS deck is for YOU!


WAY TO LOSE #1: Get out a Basalt Monolith and enchant it with Artifact Possession . Tap for 3 mana, lose 2 life, untap for 3 mana, and repeat.

WAY TO LOSE #2: Get out a Basalt Monolith and enchant it with Relic Putrescence . Tap for 3 mana, a poison counter, untap for 3 mana, and repeat.

WAY TO LOSE #3: Play a Swamp and tap it for 1 mana, play Spoils of the Vault and name a card not in the deck.

WAY TO LOSE #4: Get out a Basalt Monolith and a Mesmeric Orb. Tap for 3 mana, untap for 3 mana, mill the top card of your library, and repeat until there are no cards left. Then play Gitaxian Probe.

WAY TO LOSE #5: Play a Swamp and tap it for 1 mana, play Dark Ritual, play Plunge into Darkness by paying 20 life


Gitaxian Probe and Street Wraith are to speed up the draw to get necessary cards while causing us to lose life. What a combo!

Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual are there for support to get out your artifacts and enchantments early to speed up the losing process.
