Banisher Priest is the closest we got to O-Ring in M14.

I'm really not "splashing" for anything to be honest, it's just so I can take advantage of the scry.

Also, don't really need the Priest, that's what D Sphere is for.

I don't really like Domestication . A removal spell would often just be better. And Elixir of Immortality is not a very reliable win-con and it seems better to just have another Elspeth to speed things up.

Perhaps take out the Essence Scatter for a fourth Dissolve , give yourself a bit more flexibility.

When you use it to stall the game for a really long time and mill your opponent out.

That's what the early U/W and U/W/r lists were doing.
