Doran, the Siege Tower is a really fun commander. By playing mostly walls, I'm not seen as a threat. I can make everyone happy with a little group hug, and just sit back until an exceptional win condition shows up. I've even played this in one on one games and won (to do this, you pretty much have to have access to Rolling Stones or Wakestone Gargoyle ). The deck was super inexpensive to build too, which is a plus. Anyway, it's super fun, and if you're more interested in a fun game of EDH than winning every time, I'd recommend playing Doran, the Siege Tower.

Updates:

16 Oct 2011: I decided to include Sapling of Colfenor, Indomitable Ancients, Heartwood Storyteller, and Sheltering Ancient. I think these are the only Treefolk that I'm going to run for now. They provide card advantage and group hug (except for Indomitable Ancients, but it's really good). Trying it out with 34 lands, we'll see if that's too few.

21 Oct 2011: Dropped Ajani Goldmane and Pestilence. I decided a 35th land and Treefolk Harbinger were more important.

25 Oct 2011: Aurification and Condemn were dropped for Sun Titan (because it can reanimate half my deck) and a 36th land.
