Kaslay - Armorcraft Judge could definitely have potential. Some games I find that I'm only getting a few very big creatures, but even drawing two cards off of it would be nice. The list is a tight ship so I will have to think about what I can remove for it.

I'd give both Winding Constrictor and Hardened Scales a try.
Loving the deck regardless, awesome work :)

Xynarth - Yes both of those cards are quite good, I'll have to see what spot I can find for them in here. Kinda forgot about them so thanks for the reminder!

More suggestions for you!
Depending on how big your monsters get, you should run Rishkar's Expertise and Soul's Majesty. Even if they only get to 5 power, you're looking at basically a new hand. I'd also think about running Animation Module. More and more, I'm realising how potentially ridiculous that card can be. Just food for thought.
I also find you're kind of light on removal. Instead of Vraska, since you say you're using her for her removal, get the cheaper Beast Within. Instant speed, removes anything you want/need.
In terms of synergy, I'm particularly fond of both Barter in Blood, Innocent Blood, Pox, Smallpox, Geth's Verdict, Diabolic Edict, Dead Drop, To the Slaughter, Warren Weirding (creates fodder for you if you decide to sac one of your own creatures, particularly powerful if played with Dictate or Grave Pact), Chainer's Edict.
Curse of the Cabal is probably my main recommendation in this massive thing I'm sending you. It's a non-removable sac outlet and you're basically guaranteed to have someone sac something since if it becomes unsuspended it's brutal. Also, late game, you can just cast it and kill someone (unless it's countered, so just be careful haha)
If you're looking for beefy creatures too, you should consider: Mortician Beetle, Bloodbriar. Vulturous Zombie, Scavenger Drake, Gavony Unhallowed, Avatar of the Resolute, Kalonian Hydra and Lumberknot.
Anyways... sorry for such a massive list. I've honestly thought of building Mazirek myself, hence the mess u_u
February 27, 2017 1:06 a.m.
Xynarth - As to Rishkar's Expertise and Curse of the Cabal, both of these are already in the list. Beast Within may be a solid replacement for Vraska the Unseen. It's nice if I can hit more than one thing with Vraska, but otherwise Beast Within is better. Pox is very good, may end up finding a spot in here. Barter in Blood and Innocent Blood and other similar effects may be decent, but the list is a very tight ship and it's hard to know what to remove. I like having some of the targeted removal even though it doesn't synergize as well because with a sacrifice effect I am not usually going to hit what I want to. Mortician Beetle could be a solid include, I will definitely look into finding him a slot. Vulturous Zombie is less good because it doesn't do anything when I am sacrificing things without Grave Pact type effects. Scavenger Drake is hurt by the fact that it starts as a 1/1 for 4. Avatar of the Resolute does profit off of other things being bigger, but otherwise is just a big dude that does not then further the game plan, so I am not sure if he is good enough to find a spot. Kalonian Hydra, however, may also find a spot because doubling my counters could get absolutely ridiculous. Finally, we have Lumberknot which again is hurt by the fact that it is a 1/1 for 4. It does have hexproof, which is nice, but more often than not I am afraid of boardwipes which hexproof does not stop. Some sweet cards to think about though, I will definitely see if any of them deserve a spot in here. Thanks for the feedback, and if you do make that Mazirek list post it and I'd be happy to take a look at it.

Xynarth - Forgot to comment on Animation Module. I think that card is super interesting, I may need to check it out.

I've been playing my version of Mazirek (Mazirek, Shaman of the Swarm ($60 budget)) for a while and have some ideas for a non-budget build.
First off, is 35 lands enough? Seems like your curve goes a little high.
Something I've found great is lands that do extra nonsense like Blighted Fen, Foundry of the Consuls, Grim Backwoods, Jund Panorama, Khalni Garden and Spawning Bed have done good work for me
Animation Module is amazing! It's infinite with Ashnod's Altar, Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest and one creature
Retribution of the Ancients is really good when you start rolling
Sylvan Safekeeper is another all-star! no spot removal ruining your day and you can sac lands to alpha somebody
Gyre Sage, Devoted Druid and Joiner Adept are my best mana producers, often tapping for much more than Gilded Lotus
Smallpox can be really good. plus two counters per player with a creature
Fleshbag Marauder and Merciless Executioner are great as well!
Reyhan, Last of the Abzan shuffles around counters for alpha strike kills
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord can kill the whole table
Noosegraf Mob is an army in a refilling can
Wave of Vitriol is a game ender
Some cards I think could be cut are
Killing Wave this is a cool card i haven't played with, but it seems like a punisher card like Browbeat. you're giving your oppenents the choice of what to do, and they'll pick the thing that helps them out, not you.
Vampire Hexmage is this here for planeswalker kill? you don't have Dark Depths so this could be cut i think
Darksteel Ingot could be cut for a mana dork.
both 4 mana planswalkers could be cut i think. They just seem hard to keep around, especially in multiplayer games.
Reaper of the Wilds could be something higher impact. Right now it just looks like a big dude.
Smothering Abomination I'm just wondering about this one, do you run enough tokens to support it? It seems hard to run out on turn 4 and have it provide the vaule you want
Acidic Slime could be Reclamation Sage cause it's cheaper or either Caustic Caterpillar or Sylvok Replica for value
Gilded Lotus for a mana dork
I agree that Living Death should be run, just run some graveyard hate to make it one sided, Bojuka Bog, Nihil Spellbomb
Vraska the Unseen super slow card imo, Beast Within is much faster
Wurmcoil Engine this is a good card, i just want to know if it's a "good stuff" addition or you need the lifelink
Army of the Damned is cool, but it makes tapped dudes so you can't block with them and it's soo expensive. Have you had good experiences with it?
Some of the cards in your maybeboard i think you should try and get in the main deck are
Phyrexian Arena card draw is good
Beast Within very versitile removal spell
Reflecting Pool good card is good

hoardofnotions - First off, with the land issue, I have not really had any problems finding land. With Harrow, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Burnished Hart, Sakura-Tribe Elder, etc. etc. I have plenty of ways to dig it out of my deck.
Onto the lands you mentioned. Some of them have extremely expensive costs for the tokens they produce and also require the land to die, leaving me with less mana available than I already had. For that reason I am not sure I am a fan of Foundry of the Consuls and Spawning Bed. I also literally just took out Grim Backwoods because I never have enough mana open to use five of it drawing one card. Blighted Fen has always seemed weak to me because it only forces one opponent to sacrifice a thing. Jund Panorama is just essentially a worse Terramorphic Expanse or Evolving Wilds, and I would like to keep as much of my mana untapped as possible. That being said, Khalni Garden may be worth it because it's a free token just for playing a land.
Next up, Animation Module - That combo is dumb, didn't notice it at first, will definitely look harder into that bad boy.
Retribution of the Ancients is a very neat removal option, definitely requires some looking into.
As for Sylvan Safekeeper I actually took her out of the deck originally. I face many more boardwipes than targeted removal, but the card may deserve a second look.
Gyre Sage and Devoted Druid are interesting and I will be looking into experimenting with those. Joiner Adept is simply a Chromatic Lantern on a stick, and with only two colors I haven't felt the need for that effect in this list.
Smallpox is an option, but I feel like if anything at that point I would just run Pox.
Fleshbag Marauder just barely got cut from the list on last revision, but I may consider putting it back in for something else as I flush out more of what cards are not pulling their weight.
Reyhan, Last of the Abzan had actually just popped onto my radar about two weeks ago, am currently looking at running him.
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord definitely deserves a look.
Noosegraf Mob also deserves a look.
Wave of Vitriol is an expensive effect, but it may actually be worthwhile if I were to tweak the list to lessen the number of things I am losing to it.
Killing Wave has always performed for me. I can cast it for enough to make everyone sacrifice everything and then just pay for Mazirek and all of a sudden he is massive. One of my favorite tricks, however, is using it for X=0 then choosing to not pay 0 life for my creatures, thus allowing me to sacrifice however much I want to for only .
Vampire Hexmage is useful for planeswalkers, and is nice against cards like Tangle Wire and Parallax Wave. It is possible that he can be cut however. Also I am not running Dark Depths because it is banned in EDH.
Darksteel Ingot could possibly be cut for a dork, but it is nice that it doesn't die to opposing boardwipes like a mana dork would. Still, I could see maybe running Gyre Sage over it.
As of now, I would argue against cutting the 4-mana walkers, simply because I haven't had a lot of difficulty keeping them around.
Reaper of the Wilds could definitely see the axe soon. The scry is nice, but could possibly be upgraded.
Smothering Abomination is another one that can be cut. I do generate significant tokens, but in the times he is bad, he's really bad. Could see cutting it for some other card draw source.
Acidic Slime also hits lands which can be nice. Maybe it becomes a Caustic Caterpillar.
Gilded Lotus may go, may stay, unsure.
Bojuka Bog is good, may include it, but I already have found that I get much more value on my Living Death without the need to run a crazy amount of hate beforehand.
Already mentioned that Vraska may become Beast Within.
Phyrexian Arena may turn up, perhaps it replaces Smothering Abomination.
Reflecting Pool is just really low on my priority list right now because for two color EDH the mana is already so good that I don't feel the need to spend my $8 on this land. I think those $8 could be better spent elsewhere for the time being. I'll pick one up in trades if I can find one, but not going to drop money on it.
Alright, that's everything. Thanks a bunch for the input, it has definitely given me food for thought.

sorry not Joiner Adept I meant Viridian Joiner lol
Dark Depths is not banned in commander! http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php
I might have to try Killing Wave. Won't hurt to give it a go

If you're worried about lands dying maybe add a Life from the Loam for that sweet sweet land value. Then you're turning fetch lands into pump spells as well.
Also there is a lot of other cool cards to add when you start loaming. cycle lands, retrace spells, Entomb
February 27, 2017 7:19 p.m.
hoardofnotions - Life from the Loam is a possibility for sure, could be pretty sweet with The Gitrog Monster as well. For now I'm not sure how many additions I can afford to add to it, but I may look into adding to this either slowly over time or sometime in the future. Thanks for all the idea crafting!
February 28, 2017 11:09 a.m.
Sorry about that, don't know how I missed those in your list!
I'm probably going to build Mazirek once I finish up my Yahenni EDH. I'll let you know if I get to it
February 28, 2017 6:16 p.m.
Xynarth - Sounds good, also if you wanted more advice I would advise you read through hoardofnotions comments if you haven't already, he has offered some good thoughts.

Yup, I've been keeping up to date with the list...!
I've been eyeing Altar of Dementia lately. What do you think about it?
Enables for funny shenanigans (if you add more recursion) and can strip your opponent of some more useful cards, can also discourage your opponent from wiping the board if your creatures are big already.
March 2, 2017 1:54 a.m.
Xynarth - Altar of Dementia beefs up their graveyard for Living Death and also it attempts to win on an entirely different axis than the rest of the deck which is why I don't like it.

Altar of Dementia also can help your Living Death. Free sacrifice outlet and alternate win con sound like winners to me. I like the addition
March 2, 2017 9:26 a.m.
As an alternate win-con I feel like it's only going to win the game if you go infinite which is something I wanted to avoid in this deck anyway for the sake of my playgroup. I already run Narset, Enlightened Master so I didn't want to make a deck as combo-esque as that. But if you want to go infinite it's not a bad option I'm sure.

It's mostly a free sacrifice outlet that could win for you, probably late game if it's one on one. There are lots of free sacrifice outlets you can run, this one is just OK
March 2, 2017 10:28 a.m.
I'm gonna be honest and say I have not read all the comments above me, so pardon me in advance if this is repetitious.
-Card draw: Grim Haruspex-Better altar: Phyrexian Altar-Recursion: Nether Traitor
Hope this helps! +1

You should check out my deck If you want some suggestions for good cards in a sac deck http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/yeah-yeah-whatever-now-sac-that/
Cards like Lifeline for a consistent sac outlet every turn
Defense of the Heart for cheating out big creatures
No Mercy To make your opponents question if they want to attack you
Smokestack for annoying permanent sac
and more, go check it out.
April 16, 2017 5:35 p.m.
Meren comes to mind immediately for cards to add to the list. Constant recursion is your friend in sac decks.
If you're looking for something that lets you draw and sac at the same time, then Greater Good is your card. This card's won me a lot of game from the draw power it gives. As long as you have a consistent way of recurring cards from the grave, the discard from it doesn't hurt, and can help depending on how much you can recur.
Also, quick combo, Mazirek and Puppeteer Clique combo infinitely with a sac engine, as long as your opponent has a creature in the grave.
April 23, 2017 1:26 a.m.
Bearmagus - Meren is a definite option. I also know of Greater Good. It's on my radar but currently not looking to spend much more money. If I see a trade for it I will try. Also, yeah the Puppeteer Clique combo is in here already. Thanks for the input!

willis1234 - I did try Golgari Germination at one point but found it to be too slow and too low impact. As for Altar of Dementia, I feel like I will not gain enough value off of it in any single game to make it worth the spot. It isn't likely that I will be able to mill someone out with it, and self-mill isn't phenomenally helpful in this build. Thanks for the suggestions though.
