For a turn "0" win there are 5 conditions:

1: Opponent must play first.

2: You must have Gemstone Caverns in hand.

3: You must have a second mana source, either another Gemstone Caverns or Elvish Spirit Guide , Simian Spirit Guide or a Summoner's Pact to retrieve Elvish Spirit Guide .

4: You must have Flash in your hand.

5: You must have a Protean Hulk or a Summoner's Pact to retrieve it.

if you dont fulfill one of conditions 3-5 it might be drawn with Street Wraith.

The combo:

Tap Gemstone Caverns for blue mana and retrieve the other mana from condition 3. Use this mana to play Flash and put Protean Hulk into play, if needed retrieve Protean Hulk with Summoner's Pact. Since you don't pay the reduced mana cost for Protean Hulk it will be put into the graveyard from the battlefield triggering the ability of Protean Hulk.

Using this ability put at least 3 Disciple of the Vault and 7 of any combination of Phyrexian Marauder and Shifting Wall into play from the library, the large amount artifact creatures retrievable is due to the X mana cost being counted as 0 and therefore they don't add up towards the 6 mana limit. As Phyrexian Marauder and Shifting Wall resolve they have 0 toughness and are therefore put into the graveyard from play triggering each of Disciple of the Vault ability dealing up to 32 damage to target opponent.

This give you the ability to win in the opponents first upkeep before he even draws his first card or play a land.
