This deck uses the combo Phyrexian Unlife + Repay in Kind. The idea is to cast Phyrexian Unlife, arrive to 0 live and play Repay in Kind.

Melira, Sylvok Outcast evit to get the poison counters, and we can play Etched Monstrosity (it becomes a 10/10 if melyra is on the table). Melira, Sylvok Outcast will prevent any damage to our creatures from Black Sun's Zenith too.

Etched Monstrosity and Death's Shadow are an alternative way to win.

The rest of the cards give us some control. Most of them make us some damage, it doesn't matter if we can cast Phyrexian Unlife. The damage produced from our cards is necessary to arrive 0 life under control.
