"Isn't it ironic that the god of slaughter is a cow?"
+1 for the deck, and because you're a funny bastard.

I'm glad I'm not the only person in love with minotaurs. I have a slightly more mono-colored build if you want to take a look. Didgeridoos are old news.

Mogis's Marauder or Fanatic of Mogis for some gauranteed damage?

Felhide Brawler just isn't that great of a card. I would suggest opting for removal instead. Ultimate Price and Doom Blade both fall in exactly the same place on the curve and will be more relevant.
Springleaf Drum can also be removal. While ironing out your mana is good, you honestly shouldn't be having too many issues. Yes, it gets your hand out faster, but the goal is more to wait for the power swing of Rageblood Shaman , Kragma Warcaller , and X creatures. Landing Ragemonger accelerates your deck so much that Springleaf Drum is fairly redundant. If you want to keep in the one drop spot, Thoughtseize is the ever-present and fantastic option. If you would like to go more creature oriented, Legion Loyalist makes your cows more evasive. It eliminates Elspeth, Sun's Champion as a threat and gives you a heavy advantage against the majority of creature oriented decks.
While its ability is relevant, Erebos, God of the Dead just doesn't feel right here. He could easily be that 4th Boros Reckoner or another Read the Bones .
As pointed out, Fanatic of Mogis works pretty well, too, being a minotaur as well as being a generally hefty burn spell.
For reference, here's my version of the deck: Bull Fight

Fellhide brawler is bad in limited, aweful is standard, devour flesh is a much better choice, i might run another boros reckoner, another kragma warcaller and some devour flesh.

Thoughtseize seems a very useful hand distruption that is fit for this deck. I've tested and it works really good in eliminating threats before they hit the board. You may want to include it here as a replacement for Felhide Brawler , which I highly agree as an awful card (based on experience).

Springleaf Drum seems a little bit out place. I like the idea and it can trigger Felhide Spiritbinder but running 6 2-drops seems like you get enough creatures to whether the storm until you get more mana out for bigger guys. As an alternative for getting mana out maybe try adding more burn like Doom Blade , Lightning Strike , or Magma Jet to get rid of their creatures while you build up. plus Magma Jet lets you scry as well. I have a similar deck. check it out = ) Roar!! I am a Minotaur!!

Gnarled Scarhide was added as a 4-of as soon as it came out. However, this deck has since been taken apart as I became strictly a commander player and wanted some of the cards from this deck in other places.

Nice deck! I have a similar one... check it out Minotaurs Rampage.
I guess with minotaurs that's as good as it gets... I opted not to add Boros, specially because it won't be in standard much longer, and wanted to train the deck without it...
I'm having a good time.
For me, Whip of Erebos and Obelisk of Urd are working nicely.

If you can afford it, replace 4 swamps with Godless Shrine so casting Boros Reckoner is easier.
