Kaza, Roil Chaser: wizard tribal commander!

This is my best attempt at an Izzet spellslinger deck. The deck's main focus is to use Kaza, Roil Chaser's ability to cast big spells for a significantly reduced cost, using the excess wizards in play as cost reducers. Almost all the other wizards in this deck have abilities other than ETB effects; I wanted them to have repeatable effects that could be used multiple times, so they had utility being on the field other than being just a cost reducer for Kaza, Roil Chaser.

I included a bunch of expensive, powerful spells, with the assumption that their actual mana cost would not be played. I chose these spells because I felt that variance and unpredictability add to the fun of the game. These spells may depend on the opponent as well, so success will vary. They include Apex of Power, Clone Legion, Blatant Thievery Mass Manipulation, Finale of Revelation, Insurrection, Mizzix's Mastery, Jaya's Immolating Inferno, Explosive Singularity and Storm King's Thunder, Blue Sun's Zenith, Crackle with Power, Electrodominance, Invoke the Firemind, Mnemonic Deluge, and Enter the Infinite.

I also included several ways to untap Kaza, Roil Chaser, as being able to use her ability multiple times in a turn is huge. Nimbleclaw Adept, Clever Conjurer, Puppeteer, Aphetto Alchemist, Fatestitcher, and Minamo, School at Water's Edge, as well as Lightning Greaves and Pemmin's Aura for haste, shroud, and untapping.

Docent of Perfection   and Shark Typhoon are both nice token makers every time you cast an instant or sorcery, with Docent of Perfection   making wizard tokens specifically.

There are also several copy spells: Naru Meha, Master Wizard, Sigil Tracer, Double Vision, Expansion / Explosion, Increasing Vengeance, Storm King's Thunder, Ral, Storm Conduit, and Primal Wellspring (flips from Primal Amulet  .

There is also limited graveyard play: Lier, Disciple of the Drowned, Finale of Revelation, Mizzix's Mastery, and Increasing Vengeance.

The obvious way to win the game is by reducing the opponent's life total to 0, but there are also two alternate win conditions in this deck. The first is Triskaidekaphile, which I think is just a funny inclusion, but can be achieved with the help of Finale of Revelation, Blue Sun's Zenith, and Riptide Director. The second is the Thassa's Oracle combo. Simply put, you play Enter the Infinite, draw your whole library, and then play Thassa's Oracle. This does require a lot of mana, but there are also other ways to generate additional mana besides using Kaza, Roil Chaser, such as Mana Geyser and Jeska's Will. And you could probably also use Laboratory Maniac, but he costs more mana, needs to be on the field beforehand, and requires an empty library, while Thassa's Oracle just needs to be cast.
