My friend's and I like to sometimes go to a local bar with spacious tables and play some Magic. We set the limit at $20 or under in order to spend more money on beer.

This is my build for a $20 B/W Vampire Deck. It fairs fairly well after a few playtests. Heavy focus on Lifelink and gaining life in general.

No Sideboard, just straight 60 cards to break out and play. Going off Card Kingdom prices as it's in my neighborhood. (Link might show above $20 but worth clicking into as that is not always accurate)
