I've had a bunch of success with a Grixis based affinity list.

However, I found that I'm using the burn almost entirely as removal. If all I'm using it for is removal, switching to white seems more efficient. It gets us powerful removal in the form of Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, and Dispatch. White also gets us Stoneforge Mystic and Tempered Steel .

Let's see how it goes.
