Funny story. Soulbond Sunblast Angel to Deadeye Navigator. Any time anyone attacks you, pay 1U to blink the Angel and destroy their attacking creatures before you even have to declare blockers. (Won't work if they have vigilance for some reason, but still, it's funny.)

@PerfectDisguise: I actually had Blind Obedience here a while back, but Imposing Sovereign I didn't know about. I'll try it.
canterlotguardian: That's great actually. Deadeye Navigator doesn't really combo with anything else here besides maybe Wall of Omens, but I could add some stuff. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have a mono-blue control deck that runs Blustersquall because it's a cheap overload to open the doors for me when I'm ready. It looks like it might fit nicely into your combo.

@BlackWolfZ3C: Thanks for the feedback! I had it in here ages ago but totally forgot about it. I'll definitely test it out.

I'd have Wall of Frost instead of Wall of Omens.Seems more fitting. Other than that, pretty sexy deck.

Thanks for the feedback. Wall of Frost seems to fit with the whole tapping theme you're right. I'll def try it out.

Take out Restoration Angel for Imposing Sovereign. Restoration Angel is only good to exile Non-Angel creatures you control. You don't have many options, other than possibly saving a creature from dying.

It's not a bad idea but I like Restoration Angel cause it can deal damage after my opponent's board has been wiped, and can take out an attacking creature when I flash it. Imposing Sovereign is fragile and favors a more aggressive approach. It is annoying that its ability doesn't work on other angels though.

Drain and Gain, Gain and Drain. This is one of my meanest control decks, check it out.

I like both Blind Obedience and Wall of Frost, but I don't see too much point in having Restoration Angel, I would much rather have Deadeye Navigator here instead of it. Detention Sphere is an SB option, and Burn seems to be a very bad matchup for you so I would suggest some anti-burn cards.

I tried to make this same deck in EDH with Dragonlord Ojutai, but it didn't really work out. Turns out it was easier to just give him vigilance rather try to tap and untap everything. I would suggest Due Respect and/or Shadow of Doubt. Both will cantrip and stall them on turn 2/3 by either making they're land enter tapped or watching them try to fetch and fail.

I once built a deck with this same idea in mind but went down the WB path rather than WU. Take a look if your interested: Tapped Till Daybreak

@Bovine073: I see what you mean about Restoration Angel. I'll put in Deadeye Navigator and see how he fits, and probably also Wall of Frost. I'll also try to work in Blind Obedience as that does help slow down a lot of decks.

@murdocfaye: Due Respect seems like a cool card but I think I'd run Blind Obedience over it. I do like Shadow of Doubt a lot though.

Cool deck. My first thought is Worship. I'd probably look at it over the Sanctimony in the board.

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage? Her -2 Synergizes extremely well with your big tapping spells.

Sideboard Geist of Saint Traft for control beat down in game 2? Give a little resiliency maybe?

Nightdragon779: Tamiyo seems awesome, but I really wouldn't know what to take out for her. I've been considering Venser, the Sojourner as a 5-drop as well, he works well with Sunblast Angel. I'll have to test and see. Thanks!

@goblinking55: I actually really like Yosei, the Morning Star here. I'll have to try it
