Object is to get goblins in play and search for Krenko, Mob Boss paired with Goblin Chieftain if possible (gives Krenko haste so it can tap as it enters and all the tokens now are 2/2 with haste). Wort and Goblin Chirurgeon regenerate/return goblins to the battlefield. Wort also returns goblin cards like Goblin Gardener and Goblin Settler at each upkeep if they were drawn or searched for. So you can sacrifice them with Goblin Chirurgeon to return them next upkeep with Wort to destroy a target land every turn while Krenko keeps adding more and more goblin tokens every turn.
