@8vomit Things tend to fall into the graveyard rather easy with all this removal and hand discard so I usually able to take advantage of deathrite's effects I am going to add green to this deck so I can take full advantage of deathrite's effects and B/G removal.

I dig, and once again, I have everything in this deck except for the Deathrite Shaman , which as a 4 of is $80, which I am not going to come up with instantly. But I would ask you how this deck deals with control . . . just as a curiosity standpoint, because I might look to moving to something like this eventually. But control is huge in my meta and shuts down these types of decks with a quickness.

As to how I will deal with other control decks
I would also side in Lifebane Zombie to get rid of things like Sphinx's Revelation and Azorius Charm . Hero's Downfall would take care of the planeswalkers while Thoughtseize and Duress hopefully take care of anything else dangerous.
But yeah control can be tough especially Esper due to them having access to the same cards I have such as Thoughtseize . If only they gave mono-black some type of wrath this deck would be even better. Best thing about this type of deck is you never have mana problems.

Yeah, I see the benefit there, and I love playing the Duress to get their Thoughtseize first turn, so great!

Spiteful Returned is something I really like in my MBA deck. It's essentially a 3/1 that's weak in combat. But the plus is bestow and the fact it gets through 2 no matter what. I'm not sure what to cut but I think you should definitely find room for a few.

InconspicuousPotato I am actually planning to put that card in after Rakdos Cackler rotates. I just find the other cards I have in here currently better than it atm. :3

I'm thinking Typhoid Rats would be better than Thrill-Kill Assassin as u could use them defensively and they'll still make great bestow targets.

APPLE01DOJ Thrill-Kill Assassin was mainly there for aggression rather than defense as three toughness and the extra power make up for it not being able to block. But I may just remove him and put in two more Pain Seer . I am hoping the next block brings more black aggro options to the table. :3

I like your build, going to try this out with Ulcerate, Sign in Blood, and Urborg (to insure the Mutavaults don't screw you out of black mana).

carpwrist Oh yeah I totally forgot about Urborg XP it won't be neccesary once Mutavault rotates but its nice to have now besides I need a one for my edh deck anyway XD
I prefer Bile Blight instead of Ulcerate as paying the extra black for no life loss and a additional effect is pretty sweet. I might board in more of it post-rotation as well :3

Snowstorm Bile Blight is amazing, but c'mon... this is suicide black right? ;)

True but Thoughtseize , Herald of Torment and Pain Seer already eat my soul away already I don't think we want to instantly die to burn or just outright kill ourselves. XP

APPLE01DOJ Combined with Mogis's Marauder for game sounds fun as hell if only... XP

Post-Rotation coming up soon so this deck is no longer going to use anything from RTR Block and M14 and is going to be in quite the mess for the next few weeks. :3

If you want to a Bloodstained Mire wouldn't be a bad idea.

Unless I was splashing a color, fetch lands are not needed as deck thinning has been proven to be extremely minor and I am already losing tons of life from my cards so I don't need to lose any more. :3

Vishy I disagree Storm Crow IS GOD >:O Gray belongs in a slower deck which was MBD this is MBA which needs faster cards now that MBD is going to be dead soon he currently does not have a place yet.

I would swap 2 Bile Blight from side with 2 Hero's Downfall from the main as there can be cases where Bile Blight is better up against tokens or against burn decks that can abuse cards like Young Pyromancer as if they have to many of he Young Pyromancer out then just killing of one is useless so bile blight works better and i always find that it is better to be slightly prepared for what may come rather than be killed by it it one game then have to use the sideboard in game two to help against it.
Also i think control decks may be an issue against this with their counter spells and other forms of pure annoyance!

deathrite shaman is rather weak in standard without anything to feed your graveyard, Grisly Salvage for example. Id say splashing green wouldnt be a bad idea, abrupt decay hits so many things. anyways, +1 from me, bc im into this kind of thing.
