Versatile Abzan counter-based deck, or naive horde mode mentality?

This is a re-vamp of another deck that I tinkered with some time ago... in fact, my only other deck to be posted on Tappedout: The Lernaean Horror.

I set as my synergy basis the Abzan +1/+1 counter mechanic, emphasized the Corpsejack's doubling, and took advantage of the more useful Outlast creatures for extra flavour and versatility.

I play tested the original Lernaean Horror deck of mine against a few different kinds of decks, a solid Mill deck, a rainbow deck w/ Nicol Bolas, and a Simic clone machine, and arrived at a few decisions: I have very little anti-air, I had no anti-Artifact/Enchantment, and I had no answers to Planeswalkers. These have been addressed for the most part, save for the first issue, and I may have in my sideboard some Plummet or Crushing Vines, if I'm up against a strong flying deck.

In any case, I think this is a far more versatile version of my initial construction, and I welcome any discussion and feedback you have. All constructive suggestions and questions are welcome, and I appreciate your assistance in helping me to hone my deck building skills within the milieu of Abzan.

Thanks!
