This is an unofficial commander because Sun Titan is not legendary making it illegal. There are 3 main aspects of the deck that focus on Sun Titans abilities. The first are blink/flicker cards. This will allow even more triggers of Sun Titans ability getting back more creatures from the graveyard. The second aspect are the creatures. Many creatures/spells have enter the battlefield effects and I threw in sack cards to put the creatures in the graveyard if I really needed them. The 3rd aspects revolves around Sun Titan attacking. I put artifacts and enchantments that will give him things like indestructible, haste, and trample because to get even more triggers you're going to have to attack. The deck is around 50 dollars because of budget.
