Made a Rakdos aggro/burn deck with the cards i already have and the few i have coming in the mail. Unlike some rakdos decks, I like to have some sort of later game if my opponent doesn't die from capped cacklers. After looking on some forums and rulings, it turns out i'm able to get Rakdos onto the field by other means than summon without having to hurt my enemy (Bituminous Blast).
