I know what you are probably thinking right now:
" Dromoka's Command completely destroys this deck with all it's enchantment based removal". Yes, thats true i suppose. But it is what Blue/White has to struggle with these days. (Hopefully this deck gets a bit better with rotation, it doesn't lose many cards and the Green/White instant spell will be gone!)

The first thing this deck is ment to do is simple: control the board with counterspells like Spell Shrivel Clash of Wills , and removal such as Stasis Snare Planar Outburst . Add some card selection/advantage with Anticipate and Epiphany at the Drownyard and you have a basic control shell.

Now comes the "Angel" part: Thalia's Lancers can search copies of Archangel Avacyn   , Linvala, the Preserver or Bruna, the Fading Light . These act as finishers and often stabilize the board, especially Linvala is great at that. With Bruna's ETB trigger we can get back a Lancer or one of our Angels to generate value.

The sideboard is pretty much still a prototype, but I figured that additional copies of Summary Dismissal are great against Emrakul, the Promised End . The rest of the sideboard is there to make the deck more resilient against both aggressive decks by using Silkwrap Horribly Awry and against more controling decks with Negate and an additional Thalia's Lancers .

Please keep some things in mind when you comment: I'm not an experienced deck builder, and I'm aware that this is not going to be a tier one archetype. This is a fun little budget deck with room for improvement, and therefore all advice which helps me making this deck more effective is very much appreciated.Thank you. :)
