A deck made to highlight two great cards that probably aren't going to get much attention:

Triton Tactics and Hidden Strings.

The synergy of Hidden Strings with flying creatures or heroic creatures is great, because being able to target the same creature multiple times on the same turn because ciphering can "recast" the spell on the creature (giving multiple +1+1 counters per turn) makes heroic weenies formidable quickly.

Hidden Strings also makes it very easy to cast multiple creatures per turn by untapping lands with it's effect (cast creature, attack, untap lands, cast another creature).

And I just can't say enough about Triton Tactics.......untap two creatures instantly, they both get +0/+3, and detain anything either of them block.....for 1 mana? OOoooo k.

The pegasus and drake are in the deck because they fly, which rocks with Hidden Strings, and because they can go head to head with a boar token.

Other than the hallowed fountains, the rares are pretty much all $1 rares, so it's pretty cheap to make, and pretty fun to play.

Suggestions welcome.
