WU Heroic ($50 Budget) (Standard MTG Deck)

Thinking counter magic and exiling power in the Side is a good idea. Also threw a couple Hour of Needs in there for late game destruction against the midgame strategies. Phalanx Leader is there for when the Battlefield Thaumaturge doesn't work out.
