A UW Spirit and Life Gain prototype.

Pull back on Solemn Offering in preference of straight life gain or tap mechanic?

Declare Oreskos Sun Guide attack, then before combat resolves play Crypsis, gain 2 life triggers Sunbond, putting two +1/+1 counters on enchanted creature/s.

Crypsis could also be used to gain 2life/trigger on opponents turns, so long as Oreskos Sun Guide is tapped. Springleaf Drum as backup tapper?

Sky Hussar has a forecast which would allow me to get a life gain/counter cycle done before I begin my combat phase. Then I could go into combat, play Crypsis gain life again, trigger Sunbond on my other creatures, and smash any defenders? The interesting thing here is, Sky Hussar does not have to leave my hand for me to take advantage of his Forecast. He could sit in my hand the entire game, tapping two Oreskos Sun Guides, during each upkeep, and never costing me any mana. ??

Alternatively, Deceiver Exarch (which has flash) costs one more mana than Crypsis and not only allows me to untap target permanent (or tap opponent target permanent) but also puts a 1/4 blocker on the field. This gets me the life gain/counter trigger, and a 1/4 creature anytime.

I suppose Triton Tactics is even cheaper, but doesn't get a creature.

But let's be serious, might as well spend the mana if you got it and cast Devout Invocation and get some Angels out of it, right?

Aura of Dominion enchanted to Oreskos Sun Guide, pay 1 colorless gain 2 life, triggers Sunbond, putting two +1/+1 counters on enchanted creature/s, repeat till out of mana? Aura of Dominion allows the life gain and trigger mechanic of the Oreskos Sun Guide + Sunbond combo to work without Hive Strings, and thus without need to attack.

This means it could be used during the second Main Phase, then use Springleaf Drum to tap Oreskos Sun Guide for another lifegain/trigger after opponents turn (during my untag), or leaving Oreskos Sun Guide available for defending.

Swap out Vassal Soul for Niblis of the Breath or something more useful?

Tallowisp seems neat.Twilight Drover great against a token deck?
