looks decent. Keep in mind, Fate reforged is not in standard, so Jeskai Barricade can't be played. also Displace(not on tappedout yet) is good for recurring etb effects. Harbinger of the Tides is another creature that bounces on entry. Finally, Scatter to the Winds is mostly better than Void Shatter, as the exile is surprisingly underwhelming often

skrid54321 good catch. I've replaced him with Eldrazi Displacer, which may be able to abuse ETB effects more lol.

Cool deck! I feel Always Watching is a little out of place here though. You aren't running too many creatures and the ones you do have can finish the game on their own. I'd suggest switching out 3 of them for more lands as 21 is too few for a deck like this and then use the last slot for another removal spell (or another creature).

Hi_diddly_ho_neighbor and that brings it back to a balanced 18 creatures V 18 non-creature deck. I'm going to add in Displace after it comes out on Tapped out, so I'll still have to adjust for that : P

id suggest adding Thraben Inspector here its a good one drop and allows for a turn two mana dump for drawing and an inclusion of Declaration in Stone into the mainboard would make a good position in this deck

Bruna to one likelyhood of hitting meld is statistically unreliable and will maybe occur once in a dozen+ games and then psuedo removal like imprisoned, stasis snare angelic purge since you lack a token generator to earn free purges and reducing summary dissmisal to 2 or even 1 since your looking to cast it on when cast triggers or planes walkers or a large chain of abilities also uping displacer to 4 and moving interlude to sideboard is a better option because if they are heavy creature removal then you bring in interlude meddler an invocation of saint traft can be removed and also the stasis and silk wrap in place of tragic arrogance

VexxValentine I'm trying to keep the flavor of the deck, which is ETB messing with people, but I made some of the changes you suggested, made some other decisions. You had one gigantic run on sentence so it was hard to decipher all of it.
I cleaned up my sideboard, and I tried to stream line the theme of the deck. I actually mainboarded Invocation of Saint Taft because I feel it might help the deck with beat down and ending the game.

Linvala, the Preserver is pretty good because you can flicker her. If you don't run her Eerie Interlude Seems weak as it doesn't control your opponent. Unsubstantiate also works well in the deck.

Hey man,
Cool deck! I've been trying to brew something similar. I think you have too many cards sitting at 3 mana. This will cause some awkward turn 4 and 5 plays. Also, instead of Wastes I would run Shivan Reef and Caves of Koilos. Think of them like blue/colourless and white/coulourless duel lands. I also think Eldrazi Skyspawner and Drowner of Hope. They are both stand alone good cards and interact great with Eldrazi Displacer.
Have a look at my list: Azorious Blink.

Walt-Wizard Eerie Interlude saves Eldrazi Displacers, it bounces Reflector mages/Spell Quellers/Thraben Investigators triggering ETB effects, it saves creatures. What would you take out to put Linvala in?
ZeroHat That's a great way to think of those two lands. What would you replace Drowner of Hope and Eldrazi Skyspawner with?

Rasanck I think you might want to cut down on the Invocation of Saint Traft since blinking will destroy your auras. You might also want to take out Make a Stand since Eerie Interlude can serve a similar purpose. I.e. you can declare blocks and Eerie Interlude at the damage resolution stage. This would block all attacks, save your creatures and prevent trample and life link.
Just my opinion though. Regardless what you choose, you have built a fun deck.

On the first point Rasanck you are right I wasn't looking very hard. On Linvala, the Preserver you should cut 1 or 2 Make a Stand as this card is not very strong because your bounce spells are much better from the double value.

Delta-117 It's now updated for Kaladesh. I'm planning on using it, and it should still be annoying to other decks lol.

This seems ok. But if you are blinking so many things why do you have only one creature with an etb trigger. In UW there are a ton. Gisela and bruna should go btw kind of out of place here. Essence Flux seems like it is of value here as well. Cheers

Blklasy there are 3 different ETB effects filling a total of 10 slots in the deck. The dual-colored ones really annoy me. Honestly, I hate any kind of U/W whether playing it or against, but I do like the concept and the ability to mess w/ your opponents so much. I think Cataclysmic Gearhulk would be a good SB card instead of Imprisoned in the Moon if you're that worried about planeswalkers. +1

I would recommend Aether Hub since it fixes mana with the one energy and the colorless allows you to trigger Eldrazi Displacer.

Why not run a pair or one of Skysovereign, Consul Flagship? Crewing this badboy doesn't seem like a problem for this deck. This sticks with your theme of creatures with ETB and flying. Crew it with Eldrazi Displacer, attack to deal 3 instant damage to a creature, finish combat, then bounce it with Eldrazi Displacer for another 3 instant damage to a creature.

Have you considered Aetherstorm Roc it has an etb as well as it triggers on your stuff hitting the board, plus its secondary ability is quite nice.

May I inquire as to the lack of Port Towns and Prairie Streams? Was it just that you don't own them? If I want to build this deck and already own them would you say I should put them in the deck? Moreover, would you say that an Archangel Avacyn Flip would be a valid substitute for one of the two cloudblazer slots? I am making a very similar deck myself, and I really like this one, but since I already have some of those cards would you recommend playing them?

I have a friend running a u/w flicker deck similar to this. He's added Authority of the Consuls which helps control the opponent's even more and is a great one drop. And his main flicker is Thought-Knot Seer. And now with pan harmonicon it exiles two cards then you blink it, your opponent draws one and then you exile two. It's a very nasty card that i think you'll enjoy using
