Maybeboard

A controlly/defensive deck with 2/3 solid win combos. One of the few zur decks that isn't a voltron deck. The deck's main win condition as of now is to rush as quick as possible to an infinite mana source and combo off. This can be achieved by tutoring for Grim Monolith or Basalt Monolith and slapping on Power Artifact with zur or use Rings of Brighthearth. Once you have the mana grab Staff of Domination to draw your whole deck or just Exsanguinate/Blue Sun's Zenith. The deck has many ways to tutor through its tutor suite, many of the spells have transmute for 2-3, and even some oddball tutors like Doomsday. Otherwise if you dont start with a tutor in hand then your best bet is to get Zur the Enchanter out asap and either A) set up a defense with Web of Inertia / Energy Field + Rest in Peace or B) grab Necropotence to start drawing your combo pieces. Back up win conditions exist if your mana comboes get counter/ removed. stuff doll + Guilty Conscience will do infinite damage when tapped to target opponent and Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace will exile a player library and both have combo pieces tutorable with zur. This deck is vulnerable to general tucks and heavy early aggression.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Took out pili-pala and grand architect in favor of filigree sages and and rings of brighthearth as they are more synergistic with the artifact sub theme and they also work with other pieces of mana comboes. Took out gemstone in favor of mycosynth for pretty much the same reason. Replace rune-scarred demon and sphinx summoner with more tutors and replaced some instants/sorceries with spells that have transmute for 2-3 which adds a ton of consistency. Still testing the energy field/rest in piece combo.
