OK - here is the deal. To play this deck you start with three piles:

Lands (40): 5 color manabase skewed a bit to fit the deck - all are included in the final deck

Commanders (10): Randomly select one to be your commander

Everything Else (200): Randomly pull 59 cards to populate out the rest of the 99

Play!

The idea is to have some randomness aspect to it but not a commander cube type setup. This is my first attempt at this, so I went simple - using the whole 5 color good stuff theme with a few possible combos (if you get the pieces!), though I plan to make more around more coherent themes.
