There were 3 challenges that I took on when I made this deck. It should at least be a 7 in strength, keep it wizard tribal/ themed, and use all 31 colour combos.

The deck is for sure a mid to high 7 as it has no issues getting a win on turn 7-9 if things so smoothly enough, It can fly under the radar while your opponents slug it out, and it can come back from some bad situations when it has to. The mana base is great and I rarely find myself struggling to find enough of it, although the deck is more likely to need to muligan because just having 3-4 lands in the opening hand isn't always good enough here. In effort to make things more consistant I had to make lots of cuts to more conventional cards. Things like Path, Plowshares, Counterspells, Cyclonic Rift, etc, all had to be cut to fit in the cards that were nessisary to make things function as efficiently as possible. Namely tutors, flicker, haste, bounce, copy, and spells with tap/untap interaction took the forefront because they all work together to make the commander, Garth One-Eye as broken as he can be. There are many ways that you can stall out the enemy until you get infinite mana online. At that point you can pick up your whole deck and from there you can get infinite flickers, and ultimately summon infinite Shivan dragons with haste or whatever else you want. It's also fun to be able to use illegal cards like Black Lotus, because the card isn't actually in the deck, Garth just names that card and you make a copy of it which you can cast.

I was a happy accident that I chose a wizard tribal constraint when I went into this because I didnt know beforehand that the 4 colour cards were so limited, and that the Nefilim cards fit so well into this theme. My head cannon is that they all were once wizards who each failed a spell catastrophically, and then the colour of the miscast spell left their soul completely. After which they turned into hideous monstrosities with only 4 remaining colours left inside.

It was a really fun challenge to make a deck using all 31 colour combos. You have to be really sure that the card you picked in each combo both serves the win con but also the themes of both its guild and the deck. I had to start over from scratch several times to achieve this, but I got there eventually.
