Synergys:

Restoration Angel with Thragtusk. Obviously. Also sort of helps with Snapcaster.

Snapcaster with Advent of the Wurm is really awesome later on. Flash in a 5/5 trampler to swing next turn? Yes please.

Sideboard choices:

Centaur Healers for those pesky aggro decks. Swap out the Restoration Angels and a Thundermaw to lower the curve.

Skylasher for those spirit decks, the Geist of Saint Traft Bant midrange deck, the Sphinx's Revelation deck and could help to lower the curve for the Blitz deck.. Swap out a Boros Reckoner and the Advent of the Wurms for the blue white decks, and swap out some fatties for them against Blitz.

Skullcrack for the Thragtusk / Restoration Angel / Trostani deck - a few at my LGS. Swap out the Smiters and aSearing Spear.

Selesnya Charm because it is the best way for my to deal with Obzedat. Swap out Smiters and a Searing Spear

Sundering Growth gets me some enchantment and artifact removal plus the chance to get another wurm or beast token. I would have to figure out what to swap out at the time.
