Call of the Conclave over Dryad Militant ?

sorry i meant to say Call of the Conclave over Fleecemane Lion ? I get that you can populate the token, but in order for it to be worth it you would want to populate the 3/3 3 or 4 times. You would pretty much be wasting populates that you could use on advent or a voice token. A 4/4 indestructible, hexproof is just so ridiculously good.

i like your deck, question, how has trostani been for you in all matchups? i seriously considering her, and am still iffy about ajani.

pretty good how hard was it to get the voices?

i bought the deck for ~$100 and some trades, then saved for 2 months for the playset of voices :p

I went 4/1 at fnm and lost to mono blue. Since then, I added 4 Skylasher to my sideboard. I have 2 Trostani, Selesnya's Voice in my deck. She out races Pack Rat , and that card is hard to out-race. With Advent of the Wurm she's a monster. 5 toughness provides almost 100% protection against burn unless then 2 for 1 themselves. With Archangel of Thune , the archangel triggers the counters right as it comes into play, as when archangel comes into play, trostani says you gain 4 life from the angels toughness, when you gain life you put counters on all your creatures. I would say black is bad for Trostani, Selesnya's Voice which is why I added two Blood Baron of Vizkopa which also helps out Archangel of Thune

have you won an fnm with this deck?

i have not won an FNM with this deck, with my schedule I rarely am available to play. i usually go to the 3:30pm 3 round tournament though, and there with only 12 players I have placed 3rd with this deck when I did not have the voices. that was the last tournament i played in, i'm hoping to go to this upcoming FNM

and yeah, im super excited about FNM and saturday we have a SCG open trial as well. i hope to perform well if i can get my damn sideboard right

trostani is an allstar most of the time except when shes bad(control) other than that the inevitability between her and voice and advent is an awesome feeling although last breath is becoming a thing soo watch out moving forward and yes voices were hard to get, had to trade most of my stuff. do not drop call keeps control honest with counter magic and one time my opponent lifebaned me after i played a voice and i revealed 2 calls and courage he scooped

I think this is definately a competitive deck. I am curious why Ajani and not garuk? Also I am working on a budget build for the guild take a look Selesnya Theros Aggro I took a different approach and would appreciate some feedback.

The deck looks good! My only suggestion is to even out your plains to forests ratio and consider dropping the guild gates for basic lands. It just depends on whether or not you can deal with them entering tapped or if it will slow you down too much.
