That tile says it all. All Hail Monty Python! And I have a deck similar to this.

This deck is sweet, +1. If you wanted to budget it down a little bit, what would the first cards you'd cut be?

Do you every really get your opponents to discard much? I've been running a Nekusar deck for a couple years now and I've never managed to get decent discard going. If my opponents have just a little ramp I basically end up (and this is part of the whole Neku damage strategy) refilling their hands, but never enough as they then play cards and usually sit at between 5 and 7 cards in hand. Sangromancer ended up as nothing more than a flying blocker, Niv-Mizzet pretty much the same for that matter. I've kept Megrim and Lily's Caress in because they have always been popular removal targets, as apparently players fear discard, even if you cant get it going. I've never used Painful Quandary though. Wheel of Fate ended up being too wonky in most games and I could never seem to find the right time to play "target player draws X cards" spells, because there was always something more important to do with my mana. A fair chunk of wheel spells dont discard to add to this. I guess the timing/card was always a bit off of what it was ideally meant to accomplish (for me). Also Font of Mythos and Dictate of Kruphix usually ended up being more reasons to kill Neku and feed my opponents 4 cards each turn, once all my opponents gang up on me, which always happens. What are your experiences?
A card that I can recommend is Hive Mind. Also, Hero's Downfall over Ruinous Path.

Thund3r_C0ugar: I'd probably try to get rid of the expensive lands first, followed by Demonic Tutor and Mystical Tutor. Tutoring is always useful, but with the wheeling you end up getting what you like anyway. Oh, also, Snapcaster Mage only has niche use here, he can probably go too.
ManSauce: I have similar issues with this deck, still. I can't really find a decent time to use Nin, the Pain Artist and cards like Skyscribing because of their mana intensity. What usually happens is that I try to get any wheel going by turn 3 - just enough to put your opponents on the back foot. In EDH, everyone wants to keep an optimal starting hand, and getting rid of that ASAP is the best plan. This is why there's so much wheel redundancy in this deck, and it still sometimes doesn't kick off at all. Ever.
I find I have more problems bringing out win-cons, especially in removal-heavy decks - because I have so few permanents, any permanent destruction is a huge issue. I can get players discarding and drawing and milling and all manner of hand disruption things quite easily (turn 1 with Winds of Change if I'm lucky), but there are games where I haven't drawn enough land to play Nekusar, and people break my Megrim and Liliana's Caress.
It's by no means perfect, I think the mana intensity is an issue at times.
Also, Hive Mind has done me in a lot more than it has helped, unfortunately. ):

Thanks Sparks2503. I don't play EDH very much, but I think I'll work towards building this deck. It looks more fun than any other list I've.

Yeah, Trade Secrets is banned because of the capability it gives you to team up with one other person, draw your decks, and wipe out the rest of the board.
