The issue comes back to finding a slot for it and the deck isn't designed to be so anti-blue. It's meant to be played in more battlecruiser pods. The +1/+1 is negligible even with Xenagos buffing and Xenagos is all I ever really need for haste.

Ok first decimate it's no good, usually u have to Target more than a player and the spell can be countered by any of them or one of them can shoot down one of ur targets making the decimate to counter itself by not having one of the targets needed.
2nd u chose not to run chandra's ignición because of removal, well u should just use cards like Veil of Summer or Blossoming Defense rather than give up a powerfull tool.
3rd city of solitude it's a "help the combo deck out" card. Yeah u Will be left Alone but they are too.
To be honest the only card i saw here that really Made me Say i'll try this is reap the past and feldon.
Don't know your meta but i imagine lots of 6-8power lvl decks rather than 9 or 10.
Shared summons should be used as eot to get a combo... What do You get with it?

Thanks for taking the time to comment on the deck. You can see under the future edits section, that this deck will be changing in the near future. I have done in person playtesting with proxies and the deck performs smoothly! The deck performs a consistent T3 Xenagos, seldon T2, sometimes T4. The updated build will reflect more card draw to prioritize resiliency > speed given my meta.

Decimate - One of my favorite cards in the deck, they only ever has been 1 timed it hasn't had a target. Would like to refer you to rule 607.2B - "The spell or ability is countered if all its targets, for every instance of the word "target" are now illegal. If the spell or ability is not countered, it will resolve normally, affecting only the targets that are still legal. If a target is illegal, the spell or ability can't perform any actions on it or make the target perform any actions" --> So ever if they remove the creature I'm targetting the remaining 3 targets still go through. Yes, they can counter it, but a spell can't be bad simply because it can be countered. If they use a counterspell on decimate rather than a beater, I'm ok with that.
-
I've added those cards in the past but surprisingly they didn't pull their weight. Removal comes in both spot removal and board wipes. I might revisit them at a later time.
-
I have cut city of solitude in the updated version for that exact reason. It also didn't help with wipes.

Feldon was never in the deck and reap the past is coming out. You don't need to try the deck if you wish not to. Everyone's meta is different.
My meta ranges from 5-9. We usually play around 6-8, sometimes 9 after a long night. But this deck is being played against 6-7 power level given the AVG high CMC of most Xenagos decks. I have seen many Xenagos decks here that utilize dorks and a lower floor in order to rush combo and other lower to the ground decks. I've found those lists to be very glass cannon and lacking in card draw. Either you get the dorks you need and hopefully draw into card draw, or you're just stuck.
Shared Summons would get a beater and Eternal witness, that way I could reuse it next turn to ensure a flow of beaters. But I've opted to switch it for Green Sun's Zenith which brings the creature to the field rather than to my hand.

I would recomend You to use Artisan of kozilek for recursión from graveyard (best for a haste creat) that can't be countered, and attack with bouth (besides it does not add devotion)
Rapacious one is so good but again You removed it because of it Will be removed..
Aggravated Assault it's a card You do not put on the battlefield if You do not to plan to win with it right away. People tend to put it out and let enemy know what You plan to win.... Don't pls.
You can ser My deck here and comment here https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/xenaghos-semi-optimized/?cb=1602018399

I saw artisan of Kozilek in some Xenagos lists. Its not a bad idea, but I'm looking for something that comes down earlier. Xenagos decks don't need recursion as much as card draw, hence me choosing Kozilek Butcher as it acts as a beater and a source of card draw.
Rapacious one can put in some serious work! I'm actually looking at 6 mana beaters instead of Archtype of endurance and he might make the cut. I already dedicate 1/4th of my deck to ensure a consistent T3-4 Xenagos, rapacious might go overboard as I don't always need it. But its definitely something to consider for sure!
Aggravated doesnt do anything on it's own, rarely have enough mana after casting a beater to use it and makes me a huge target. I've considered running the flashback sorcerry which gives you an extra combat but I really do need more card draw at the moment. I also don't want any infinites in this deck given it's more casual.

If card draw si what You want, hunter's insight and life's legacy. I think ench as guardian proyect are too slow and inefective

hunters insight rarely worked as they usually have some form of blocker. I already run life's legacy, a very good card!
I agree, guardian project is a bit too slow, especially as they can remove the creature in respond to project's ETB trigger to prevent you from drawing. I'll take a look at your deck when I can after work :)

well profet, your prayers have been answered...
for draw Escape to the Wilds and the new Yeska's will, you should play them both....
wheel of misfortune have to be a must.... u can take up to 5dmg and be happy with it if you redrawed from empty to full hand. (most people will choose 1 or 2 or 3)
what do you think about yeska, thrice reborned? i think not because the only thing you get is your thread removed and then she dies to anything
for Springbloom Druid i would run Three Visits also in commander leggends.
i would run Thought Vessel instead Wood Elves because you avoid +devotion and its only 2 mana... Plus it protects your burst draw!

hey bro. what are your thoughts on this Veilstone Amulet?? according to another forum it gives the creature you cast hexproof... that would be a consistent way to protect our beatters... and since the beatter is on stack they can't respond (other than counter i mean).

All gas, no brakes! You even run Shaman of Forgotten Ways and Escape to the Wilds. Great choices! Looks like a fun deck to play to satisfy that big power creature craving.
Only card for your maybe board might be Dense Foliage.

What about another haste source that also can be used to buff a creature and protect you from counter spells?
Rhythm of the Wild protects all your creatures as they cast, and gives you a chance to give them an extra two power when Xenagos hastes them into battle, or gives you a hasty creature if Xenagos is currently hanging out in the Command Zone?
