An amalgamation of various Jund Monsters builds, with a stronger planeswalker commitment. Once again, the numbers reflect what I own.

The biggest question for me lies in the sideboard. Cards like Sire Of Insanity and Underworld Cerberus seem almost cute to me, but I hesitate also playing a card like Ruric Thar, the Unbowed. In the control match up, I really don't want to gum up my deck with six drops like Sire AND Ruric, but I might be comfortable playing one or the other.

I'm also in the camp that believes that Slaughter Games is severely underplayed. I'm hoping to change that, especially in the control match up. Sure, it's not as cheap as Thoughtseize, but it also can't be countered and it can cripple a deck by removing multiple win conditions. It can also provide more information from your opponent.

I have also considered dropping Polukranos, World Eater from four to three, mostly based on how many I seem to come across in the games I've played. Too many times have I played one and then for whatever reason drew two more in the next few turns. Sure the card is a great sweeper for smaller creatures, but I feel like he could also be a second Ghor-Clan Rampager, which is also a pretty new card for me. He can be a combat trick or two devotion towards Xenagos, God of Revels. A 4/4 trampler isn't much to scoff at either. Now, if only Polukranos has trample...

After playing in a couple FNMs this weekend, there are a few changes I'm going to make.

First, I'm cutting one Polukranos, World Eater for a third Reaper of the Wilds. Reaper was insane in almost all of my matches that he came down. He was consistently targets by things like Lifebane Zombie and Thoughtseize, plowing the way for other threats to come down. Polukranos ended up being very awkward and was almost always a "win more" card when he eventually hit the field in the late game. Early on, Polly was a great beater and swept up smaller creatures as he's meant to.

Secondly, my sideboard is going to change. I'm going back to two Ultimate Price and one Doom Blade. Even that might change, considering I lost to a pair of games against BW Midrange where I couldn't answer Obzedat, Ghost Council. Dark Betrayal and/or Devour Flesh might be necessary.

In addition, I would like some number of Thoughtseize in my 75. Underworld Cerberus seems unnecessary and is just taking up a slot. I may even cut down Slaughter Games from two to one.
