Looks like a pretty sweet deck. I just made a Xenegos EDH deck as well. It only does 3 things, draw (15 cards), ramp (15 cards) and attack. It's real mean. I only played one game with it so far but was able to attack for 40 on turn 4...

Forgotten ancient, Taurean Mauler, and stalking vengeance are always good cards to consider, especially if you are playing with a large group. Fatal frenzy, souls fire, assault probe and fling can smash face quite fast as well plus reduce the mana curve of this type of deck... Example: hydra omnivore 8/8 with xenegos ability 16 fatal frenzy or berserk 32 trample to all opponents. Fling for another 32 to someone's face...

Thanks for the suggestions, and I like some of those cards, but this deck is the one I have the hardest time making cuts with, do you have any suggestions in the way of cuts?

Also, I'd like to mention how good Temur Battle Rage is, it's pretty much between Berserk and Fatal Frenzy mana-wise with the same effect, sans sacrifice/destroy effect. I haven't found room in my deck for it just yet, though.

I'm pretty sure Akroma's Memorial prevents you from targeting any of your creatures with Xenagos.

Yeah, I'd actually taken it out of my deck for that reason. It's currently sitting in my Surrak, Puncher of Bears deck, where it feels more useful.

Omnath, Locus of Mana sounds like he could work here. Use mana from attacking with Savage Ventmaw to power him up.

Sylvan Library goes hand in hand with Abundance. You get to choose what you need times three. If you need two lands and a non land, sure. If you need three lands, sure. This combo was ridiculous in my old bory deck.

Yup, that's why I run it in my Xenagod deck!

I'd put in a Vexing Shusher, maybe in place of the Thunderfoot Baloth. Lieutenant is kind of a crappy ability (in my opinion) just because it relies on your general being on the field. You want your deck to be able to survive fine enough without them, just in case of control and removal.

Elvish piper is a must for this deck. Way better than quicksilver amulet

@Jabber2014wocky After reading your comment, I thought about it, and got one today. It uses less mana, and it eats the same kind of removal that the threats I would try to 'cheat out' would die to, so it seems much better in this scenario.

Thanks Glad to help. Also Ruric-thar the unbowed is a pretty good card I don't know if it fits into your strategy but still a good card to have. Check out my deck http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/15-10-16-boom-baby/
