hmm, ill definitely test it out although idk if there is enough creatures to justify it, anyway i played 1v1 (which the deck isn't meant for) on untap.in and it lost 1 and won 1, but in a multiplayer environment it will fare better.

i'd just like to give a friendly reminder that xira does tap to force the draw, can't spend mana wily-nily to activate her
because errata

It played ok think there is to much mana flow not enough draw power. To many times I would have tons of mana and nothing to cast but more mana spells. 2 out of five times I got a win condition by 5th turn others I wouldn't see it till almost turn 10. +1 on the deck a little more tweaking and should be good. Try adding decree of pain and moon light bargain.

i definitely like Decree of Pain but I'm not sold on Moonlight Bargain. Any card in particular to remove?

No problem thinking of building this deck myself. It ran well I had to change some things around a little on it myself for the players I normally go against and swapped some things do to budget issues. Will post my link later and give you credit for concept.

Added Bazaar of Baghdad for card advantage, it is a card that imo is underplayed in EDH

Wow. I like it how you're taking it in a more group-oriented list than mine did. Then again, I'm still working on it, so I'm sure mine will come to reflect yours a bit more, as we seem to have a lot of the same ideas. +1 and props to you mate.
One of my favorite ways to "sneak in" damage in my Xira deck is Mage Slayer on Zhur-Taa Ancient. Nothing like a Mana Flare beating you over the head. Lmao
