Since you're running Dolmen Gate , why not put a Beastmaster Ascension in there. You're free to attack with whatever creature you want and eventually they'll get +5/+5

Also, I'm planning on running a Vexing Shusher in my JUND deck, which can protect you from blue easily, especially with all the love for land and card advantage you're looking at in this deck. 1 R/G mana to protect any spell you want to cast is a pretty good deal.

oh man freezerboy those are two cards I hadn't even considered before! much thanks for suggesting them!

Vexing Shusher is actually a really good group hug card. If that one guy is running a million counters, you can use him to un-counter all your friends' spells. Sally blew up my Sol Ring last turn? She can get her commander Hinder ed. George killed that Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger ? I'll save him from Mana Drain . Really fun political card.

also Dawnstrider is better than fog. Sheltering Ancient is good too. Heartbeat of Spring and Helm of Awakening are good for more group hug mana ramp. Awakening could also be good. Lastly Library of Leng and Necropotence could be good for more card advantage.

Thanks for all the suggestions, klone13. I'm rebuilding this deck after not having played it for a few years so this deck list will probably change a bit by the time I'm done with it.

For now, let's talk cards to cut.
- Golgari Rot Farm and the rest of the Karoos. Be careful about running these. The moment you see a Ghost Quarter or its better variants, these lands become shit.
- Myriad Landscape ETBT and taps for colorless. The ramp option isn't worth it in this case.
- Temple of the False God. Never been a fan of this card. Drawing into it early makes it dead in hand. Not to mention effects like Tectonic Edge can be used to effectively 2-for-1 your lands occasionally with this thing out. It hurts.
- Fog is pretty meh in commander. It's good if your meta consists of a ton of creature decks that work up alpha strikes with something like Craterhoof Behemoth. Otherwise it's pretty lackluster.
- Burnished Hart. Yer playing green, man. What are yer doin?
- Artisan of Kozilek because Eternal Witness and Regrowth exist.
- Crypt Ghast is nice when you combo with urborg, but it's meh outside of that. I'd much rather ramp two lands.
- Lord of the Void, Rakdos, Lord of Riots, and Ryusei, the Falling Star are all pretty lackluster. Is there a reason you're running these?
- Scute Mob avoid running creatures in EDH that do nothing outside of being a body.
- Down / Dirty is kinda mediocre recursion.
- Fearsome Awakening because cheaper reanimate exists. Two counters isn't worth it.
- Increasing Ambition is slow and expensive.
- Nissa's Renewal. No. Just no.
- Ashes of the Fallen. There's no reason for you to run this card. The value it offers you is marginal.
- Chromatic Lantern and Commander's Sphere are three mana rocks. We don't like those.
- Anthem of Rakdos is terrible without hellbent and you should NEVER have 0 cards in hand in EDH.
- Dragon Roost is far too slow.
- Gratuitous Violence, Palace Siege, and Upwelling are either win-more or unnecessary.
- The Chain Veil and all of your walkers. As a general rule of thumb, walkers are rather mediocre in EDH. They cost more than the value you get from them the turn they come out (with the exception of Ugin). They need time to generate value and that's a luxury in edh.

I kind of figured this deck would need some work, as it's basically the original deck I ran minus a few additions from ORI/KTK block that I outlined in the most recent update. So. TheDevicer. Without suggesting any hideously expensive alternatives, what should I replace your recommended cuts with?
Also I may have to point out that this will not in any way, shape, or form, be a deck that I will use at any level of competitive play. If I'd wanted this to be competitive, I'd be running Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund and ALL THE DRAGONS.

Let me do my thing. I pretty much always break down my suggestions into multiple posts. I do these things on break from writing. I'm aware that you wanted this to remain at a decent level of power. I'm mostly concerned with streamlining it and making it faster.
