I've been wanting to change up my old Thantis, the Warweaver deck for a while now, and the reveal of Xira, the Golden Sting as a DMU box-topper was exactly what I was looking for in a Commander and the kick in the teeth needed to actually gut and rebuild the thing. Because of this, some choices might seem a tad bizarre for this deck style but also now I have the power to grant Etali deathtouch AND FLY IN THE FACE OF GOD BECAUSE OF IT, so I'm keeping them in.
