Are you sure that having a 6 drop in this kind of deck is really what you want though?

If it's Chandra, Flamecaller, then yes. She can be a board wipe if the opponent has built up, she can throw your hand full of land if you're flooding, and she can finish off the opponent.

Seeing as this is based off the pro decks, might as well go full tilt copy cat and replace Chandra with Hazoret to get rid of cards for extra damage and cheaper mana cost.

I built this burn heavy deck before the deck got popular. I do agree that more one drops will make it more aggro, I'd rather play a more midrange with burn

You should be runningHungry Flames along with the collective defiance great tempo cards. Just my two cents I run a low to the ground version with 16 main deck burn spells.

Hungry Flames is interesting but Idk what I'd cut for it and it's situational depending on board state.

On draw it retakes momentum its a instant, and you can use it on your own creature then hit your opponent for 2. Been golden .

And I would run a pair of Scavenger Grounds in main has a lot of uses and counts as a desert that also taps for colorless for reality smasher

What do you think about Unclaimed Territory in this deck? Or exchanging some basics for Fetid Pools or Canyon Slough?

What do u think about Fiery Cannonade?? (2)(R) - Instant - Deal 2 damage to each non-pirate creature.

I've been pondering and if anything it'll replace sweltering suns in sb
September 16, 2017 12:25 p.m.
Okay WalnutProphecy the deck looks nice :)Have you also considered Claim to Fame or march of the drowned ??The first one would be good with a little bit of more 2drops and the second one looks really good to get value out of the graveyard that can easily have 3 or 4 early creatures.

Lightning Strike is a must have in any aggro red deck.

I like the deck but perhaps but some more draw elements in there as with the testing I have done on here, I usually have my hand out by turn 4 and revert to top decking after that.
Also maybe some hand disruption if you wanna go that route would be Duress
Plus perhaps put a curve topper in here? cause it curves out at 4. Maybe a 1-of of Scarab God for late game investments or a Nicky-B?
September 17, 2017 7:53 p.m.
Perhaps 1 of the Siren Stormtamers or if you like the playset of them, one Kari-Zev? One of those for a Nicky-B or Scarab wouldn't hurt the deck too much and would add the curve topper.
As for the Drawing aspect; Maybe 1 Beckett Brass for something? I have no clue as all the draw spells I know are rotating.
Supreme Will seems like it could be worth the investment depending on where this deck goes. Could perhaps replace the Lookout's Dispersal Yeah the option for it to cost 1 less is gone but we get the option to dig through the top cards.

Hey, I know Admiral Beckett Brass is the new hyped Pirate lord, but I don't think you need her here. I would cut her for more Ruin Raider and Fathom Fleet Captain. I would rather spend the mana that I would use to cast Brass to make more Pirates who have evasion with Captain.
I would also cut Dreamcaller Siren for Kitesail Freebooter with more Freebooter main deck or in the sideboard.

I would if I didn't want to cast Chandra on turn 6
