My own budget Xyris with a mill and self draw theme. I take budget as an amount that you can spend over time without breaking the bank. Some of these I had myself already and some I ended up buying cause I could afford it. Not all are necessary.

I have Ulamog's Crusher, Lorescale Coatl, Deepfathom Skulker, and Teferi's Protege in there currently instead of Ashnod's Altar, Circuitous Route, Lightning Greaves, and Nissa, Who Shakes the World because I am planning to move those to a different deck, but the main deck posted is what I ran for Xyris currently.
