Going to update budget card section to be current with deck. Also going to look into putting some more swords in and an Umezawa's Jitte

Added in some Hubs, using Control as a sorta joke since while there are no counterspells it does control other people's stuff usually their creatures.

Due to the updates to how "Tucking" (putting in library) works with commanders now Spell Crumple and Hinder have lost their power (along with other commander cards designed for this exact purpose >.<) so I have cut them from the list for other sac outlets and what not.

some budget switch ins:
lands:
if you do cut the 6 dual lands for other cheaper duals (gates, life lands, ect) then take out Arbor Elf for Voyaging Satyr as the elf becomes only green.
You could also run Skarrg, the Rage Pits as another pseudo Kessig Wolf Run.

Creatures:
Sylvan Caryatid can be replaced by either Kiora's Follower or Utopia Tree
Sower of Temptation can be replaced by Callous Oppressor
Xenagos, God of Revels can be replaced by Molten Primordial or something like Roil Elemental but isn't that expensive to get.

Planeswalkers:
Garruk Wildspeaker is sorta hard to replace as he has mana ramp and can create some dudes and can pump team but other than that another ramp or pump spell / creature could be used.
Sarkhan Vol can be replaced by a steal effect or something like Jace, Architect of Thought but is again not the easiest to replace.

Enchantments:
Greater Good is such a powerful draw engine that not really anything can replace it maybe Carnage Altar or Culling Dais but even then still not as good.
Stranglehold was mostly a concession to a person in my playgroup abusing Momir Vig, Simic Visionary so any other hate card can go in this slot. (Note Stranglehold has been moved to maybe board for Reins of Power now.)
Treachery can be replaced by either Biting Tether or Abduction not as powerful but still decent (or Mind Control since its been taken off list).

Artifact:
Phyrexian Altar while the altar is one of the best sac outlets its price is problem and a card like Culling Dais or Carnage Altar while not nearly as strong can replace it and not lose too much.
Sword of Fire and Ice or rather any sword for that matter is mostly for both protection and the +2/+2 the only real replacement for SOFI (or any other sword) would be probably Mask of Avacyn as it protects Yasova Dragonclaw and still pumps her for +1/+2. (Champion's Helm was actually $8 so not very budget).
