Yet Another Turbo AdNaus

Is my version of the combo Cedh deck i realised most people are running now (yeah cedh 's not a race to combo.. at all).

Very little change has to be done to run a different commander or to push the strategy further in any direction. (Like say more stormy, less colours, more land centric ..)

Why Kenrith After praying so long for a viable 5C commander i'd be damn to not play him.

Tho the commander isn't a key element of this deck it can help and i prefer Kenrith to say Idris, Thrasios/Tymna or Golos (Both of which can be valid choices).

On paper i'd tell you Golos is better as it can synergise with your objective and he can tutor stuff like boseiju but in practice i find out Golos is too slow, too often.

Since fast mana and thassa oracle are still legit this deck can achieve different "stupid" wincon.

Most obvious/played being AdNausin' into enough cards (most of the time 20 pv is enough) to trigger a Thassa's Oracle win.

Tainted Pact allow you to find card or exile your library.

Urza, Lord High Artificer with infinite mana can draw your deck.

Walking Ballista with infinite mana can ping to death an army of opponents.

Angel's Grace allow you to Adnaus your entire deck.

Praetor's Grasp help you depriving other of their combo pieces and can even help you combo out.

Why no

Demonic Consultation: i try to not run dead cards. Consultation tho it can win for B is not the kind of card i'd resort on in this game outside of wincon. Still very legit to add to your own version.

Basalt Monolith: This one is easy too in a deck with tutors and Kinnan, i still consider it from time to time but it's realy heavy mana cost for a Ad Nauseam deck right now get him sidelined.

Simic Signet,...: Talisman of Curiosity like are faster.

Sylvan Library: as much as i love sensei top, i enjoy a lot sylvan library and the ability to organise my top, still it's too damn slow for this deck.

Blood Crypt,..: they are HP costy and not really needed as i will most likely always tutor for original dual land.

Arid Mesa: it's often better to run Lotus petal in this spot given the color distribution of the list.

City of Brass: hp costy. I do prefere Mana Confluence as it may be hacked with card like Chromatic Lantern.

Bojuka Bog: not fast enough. Most of the time i don't play taplands, but in a turbo deck they are likely to not help you in your winturn, i tend to prefer Deathrite Shaman for low gyd Hate and more versatility/political gameplay.

no Hermit Druid: I tend to always run at least an island (for Assassin's Trophy/Path to Exile effect).

Yawgmoth's Will: i totally love will but it's costy. This version goes light on recursion (no Eternal Witness, no Noxious Revival, etc.).

Noxious Revival: Another great card that could be in, it happen to never help me much than that so right now it's off the list.

Rhystic Study: Great card advantage, more efficient with more adversary. Too costy, too slow for this deck but depending on your meta it may be extremly efficient.

Ancient Tomb: hp costy.

Why

Sensei's Divining Top: This is a magic stapple to me i cannot play a game without it, not on the possible cut list tho because it helped me often to draw my wincon. This is a powerhouse that sadly everyone should be playing (tho i know players who will go without it in their own adnaus).

Walking Ballista: it has many interraction, can even be a wincon, has a cc of 0 what's not to like.

Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath: This guy does too many thing to not be runned for me. Heal ramp draw stomp are things we enjoy.

Pyroclasm: a cheap way to get rid of Opposition Agent, Hullbreacher, Manadorks and such all at once.

Praetor's Grasp: very meta dependant, should be in.

Gitaxian Probe: a free draw/see hands effect really a must sometime.

Watched

Urza, Lord High Artificer: Another way to go crazy between rocks and Kinnan, it on testing period thou.

Zirda, the Dawnwaker: His synergy with kenrith and other tools i like makes him a meta choice that is on the cutlist.

Considered

Silence: This one card is kinda dead out of winturn, still on the considered list.

Carpet of Flowers: Can be dead (very rare), but most importantly i needed a spot to test urza (very different in the deck...).

Isochron Scepter/Dramatic Reversal: those are very valids way to combo out in a Ad Naus deck, especially running kinnan but i don't like isochron scepter for it's inner weaknesses, PLUS as with monoliths the combo is boring and Dramatic reversal more often than not sitted as a dead card to my games (you'd think the contrary with all those rocks tho).

Assassin's Trophy: i don't like to help people ramp. still a very strong removal card.

Pact of Negation : a good defense card in a deck that run angel's grace.

Spell Snare : if i could i would :D

Swan Song : Early on this card can be a real problem.

Unsubstantiate /Winds of Rebuke: great cards but some cut have to be made.

Vandalblast: some nights it can be usefull.
