Control the board with your standard control spells with a focus on modal spells and those with buyback. Typical spellslinging deck, with permanents that reward that. Isochron + dramatic reversal or Deadeye + Palinchron for infinite mana. The idea is you slowly fill up your yard, controlling the game for a while, and then cast yawgmoth's will or mizzix's mastery (alternately), cast basically your whole grave, ending on the storm cards (starting with mind's desire first). You should easily be able to win in a multiplayer game with the storm count at that point.
