Miracle Gro is an aggro deck based around playing tons of blue stuff to make your Quirion Dryad huge, while keeping the other guy stuck under a Winter Orb. The Orb's effect on you is minimal, thanks to spells that bounce your lands such as Gush.
Since I can only assume most people are familiar with the majority of the other cards in this list, I'll just go over the creatures.
Quirion Dryad - She might not look like much, but she can get obscenely huge ridiculously fast. Between all of your cantrips and counters, she'll most likely be not only your win condition, but also the only thing you need to win.
Werebear - In the early game, he's just a mana dork that both accelerates you, and helps makes the Orb more one-sided.. In the mid game, he turns into quite an efficient beater, thanks to how fast you'll be sending cards to your yard.
Gaea's Skyfolk - This whole deck is seemingly full of cards that look unassuming, and the Skyfolk are no exception. A 2/2 flyer for two mana is nothing to sneeze at, even now. Having evasion makes him a perfect target to drop Curiosity on.
Waterfront Bouncer - Ah, Bouncy Smurf. A walking, repeatable Unsummon is perhaps the single most annoying thing that could go in this deck. Thanks to your amazing card drawing, you'll always have fodder to pitch to this guy.
It IS possible to run Breeding Pool instead of Tropical Island, though I suggest sticking with the OG duals due to the synergy between your blue lands and Daze and Gush. The pain from repeatedly replaying shocklands is proabably not worth it, though depending on your meta, it might be alright.
The sideboard is not listed ATM, because it's really just personal preference, and meta based. I might see about adding a sample one in the future.
