Though not able to be used at instant speed withe the high-tide like storm, Mox Diamond and Chrome Mox can often be used in these lists due to their high land count (32-28 on average, 34 here) and non-artifact, non-land cards, 58 here.

+1! I really like this list more than I thought I would originally, you've outdone yourself!

SynergyBuild: I recently obtained my Chrome Mox and you're not the first person to recommend the moxen, so for that reason they will be going in. I just need a little bit of time to obtain Mox Diamond. Stay tuned, changes will be made in no less then a month (need that dough for the diamond lol).

I am really happy you liked it, I poured my heart and soul into it and I work on this guide almost everyday, so it brings me great joy to hear your kind words.

I really like how you managed to build a monogreen simic deck. I always disliked green decks as they always seem to follow the same, stompy Craterhoof Behemoth pattern... While your deck of course is green, it seems to be a very different approach on the color. Of course the deck stays loyal to the typical green shenanigans, but because it being a flash-deck it seems to offer a quite different gameplay-experience, that's requiring thinking trough more, which i like a lot :)

NetholonTheArchmage: You have made my day. :) Thank you so much for taking the time to look at it and appreciate what I was going for. It really does feel like something entirely different, which is why I'm so passionate about it. You have no idea as to how fun it is to play green and feel like the alpha in a pod with 2-3 blue decks. If you would like to play it and have any budgeting constraint let me know, I know how to cut down heavily on the cost without ruining any of the integral aspects of the deck.

I actually would love if you could put a budget list together!

Abzkaban: I'll get to work on it as soon as I can, do you know what your budget would be? Or at the very least the most approachable budget for the general populous?

Budget always differs from person to person, but my general rule is make it as cheap as possible without compromising the deck. If a certain $10+ card needs to stay in there, then it needs to stay there. However I always try to limit the number of pricy cards where possible since they add up real quickly.

I don’t know if that helps, but that’s usally my approach to it. You have to keep in mind that many people will buy most of the deck outright. Just assume you’re building it for someone who has none of the cards.

Abzkaban very approachable :) Thank you! I'll get to work on making a budget version. Is there a great website you'd recommend to get a price list of every card to start make the swaps substantially easier?

TappedOut already gives you a ballpark, but I find it’s not always accurate. I use MTGStocks, but also check to see what the card is going for on TCGplayer.

Awesome looking deck, Inkmoth_! As a combo lover, this deck seems like a lot of fun, but I'm not quite in the financial situation where I can freely pour money into MTG, so :( Anyways, I recently got into EDH, and built my take on a relatively budget version of the hypnotoad deck (The Gitrog Monster + discard outlet + Dakmor Salvage), so I can understand the amount of time you took to perfect this deck, and even to write the primer. I previously made a primer for my deck (Budget Gitrog Dredge Combo), but unfortunately forgot to save it so... Anyways, awesome deck, and I would love to hear what you think of my deck!

PRO-AUGMANDOO: I am immediately forwarding this to my friend who is currently working on making the Gitrog work. Amazing deck, dude! And it's even in my price range, so I will probably just throw the cards together just to have a golgari deck nearby.

Thank you so much for the upvote and the kind words, it means the world to me<3

Abzkaban: Currently working on the budget version of the deck, I should have it posted by the end of the day :) Sorry it's taken me so long, Smash Ultimate weekend kept me occupied.

Upvoted.really impressive deck. Closest thing I have to a green deck is probably my elves. Would be awesome if you could have a look over Elf Rumble!!!

As a fellow green player, I have to say well done. I like seeing all the different ways green can play and do well, and yours definitely stands out. Great job!

Kamerot Coming from you, it's an honor! Thank you so much! I'm a huge fan of your Kamahl deck, it's one of my side projects because of you lol.

Doombeard1984: Sorry for my delay in response. Currently in a large and hectic group vacation and I wouldn't want to give you disingenuous response regarding your deck. I promise when I am home I will take a closer look at your list and see how I can help!

But thank you so much for the kind words! I worked hard on it.

What do you think about Wilderness Reclamation as another (worse) copy of seedborn muse?

January 14, 2019 9:25 p.m.

Inkmoth says... #21

Juanturnkill: as the deck stands it uses Seedborn Muse as a red herring. I never play around that card, only during the early stages of the deck was she an integral part which honestly made the deck really weak. Had you pitched it then, I would've heavily considered it. Even though that instance would never happen considering that card is new.

Bigcupofjoey2000: The deck in no way needs him. He does nothing for us, by the time I put in any effort into bringing him out I could've won instead.

$200 "Budget Version"

January 28, 2019 2:31 p.m.

Abzkaban says... #24

UlamogsWrath

In EDH $200 is budget. Especially for something as high powered as this. Take a look at the cost of the original. It’s over $1300. Spending $200 to pilot something very similar absolutely constitutes as budget.

January 28, 2019 3:31 p.m.

Inkmoth says... #25

UlamogsWrath: I honestly couldn't have said it better myself, so thank you very much Abzkaban. I'm sorry if $200 is still too high, but bare with me while I keep working towards making it cheaper without compromising on what makes it strong. If I'm not mistaken it's around $190 right now, but this takes time testing so your patience is greatly appreciated while I keep whittling it down.
