Loving the new changes my dude. Picked up a bunch of the new cards, now just waiting on zendikar.

Puddha: Super happy you like 'em, dude! :D I'm on the same boat waiting on Ashaya and Turntimber.

Awesome awesome primer, you got that up fast, THANK YOU!
I have a request, could you possibly make your Revision Log visible to us? It would make breaking down the old version deck I have a lot easier so I can easily see what I need to swap out?
September 25, 2020 8:57 a.m.
heavyuser: The revisions are public, but the coding seems to hide it. Thank you so much for keeping tabs! Keeps me on my toes. Currently, I still need to work the new cards into the "Card Selection" section and the primer should be up-to-date relatively speaking (still more changes to come).
SynergyBuild knows of a manual link that'll take you to em.

Figured it out!

heavyuser: Thanks for figuring that out :) I'll try and see if I can make it visible to avoid this work-around

Hey guys! I'm streaming Yeva right now! Against Aminatou Stax, Azami, and Rielle.

To everyone who's read the primer after the last update, I made a little addendum for forgetting to give a HUUUUUGE shout out to Strayapts, who shed light on the ability to give any creature Haste with Destiny Spinner with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild out on the field.
This critical piece of tech was only ever necessary during the kill turn, so having it on two creatures finally allowed me to cut the last tumor this deck had: Reliance on artifacts. Thanks again, Strayapts.

abby315: Thank you much for being my 400th upvote!!! <3 Hope you enjoy the list!

Inkmoth ha no problem! I was excited to be able to click it. Looks like a super fun build.

It really feels like every new change is bigger than the last! Lots of really cool stuff is happening here. I think every cut is right, it looks more like a creature combo list than it ever has. The potential for expert pilots to take over with this deck is getting insane, and I think I will have to play a lot more games

l13199l: I am so sorry I only just noticed this comment now! Thank you so much! Yes, the move away from artifacts was all thanks to Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Strayapts letting me know I could give creatures haste with Destiny Spinner. Please let us know on here or the Discord how your games are going! The discord has a game tracker where we are keeping track of as many games as possible to get try an accurate reading of just how good she is. Currently at 40%+ winrate against cEDH pods.

Alright, after playing about 2 dozen matches I can finally review these changes.
Awesome, straight awesome. Everything feels like it flows may more now. Having to use artifacts has always felt like a weakness due to sorcery speed, I'm glad their gone. I thought you were insane for scrapping GenesisHydra but I've learned the lines to navigate around it. I got to ask though, do you every thing you will bring back the Hydra?
I'm no pro, started playing magic about a year ago so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
October 8, 2020 3:21 p.m.
heavyuser: A very strong case could be made for it if Paradox Engine got unbanned, but as it stands, it really isn't necessary. It was a very essential hail mary, since all of the weight was on Temur Sabertooth before, but we now have 3 viable combos and they're all tutorable.
However, please note that Generous Patron is consistently on the chopping block, and if you lack the proper infinite mana line and can't bounce it repeatedly it's pretty much a 3 for 2 when you need an outlet. You could make a consideration for it there, since infinite mana and Genesis Hydra is as good as having Duskwatch Recruiter Flip, which has become the best kind of outlet (ones we can sink our mana into).
As it stands, that would be the best swap, but in reality, we're really looking to replace Generous Patron with another Heartwood Storyteller, Runic Armasaur, Glademuse, or Beast Whisperer. Until we get another creature like that to replace her, she's just the "best" at what she does in monogreen.
If you want to keep playing with Genesis Hydra, swap patron out and let us know how that goes! :)

I mean there is Soul of the Harvest and Primordial Sage which do the same as Beast Whisperer, but the 2 extra mana may be what’s holding them back.
October 9, 2020 9:32 a.m.
Abzkaban: We don't even like Beast Whisperer THHHAAAT much lol. I mean we do, and as it stands, he's integral, but wherever we can cut the fat we will.
October 9, 2020 9:34 a.m.
Right. We want more of a Heartwood Storyteller/Glademuse effect if we can get it. At this point we might just have to hope WotC really like green. Lol
October 9, 2020 10:09 a.m.
Abzkaban: After getting:
- Destiny Spinner
- Veil of Summer
- Allosaurus Shepherd
- Glademuse
- Beast Whisperer
- Ashaya, Soul of the Wild
I am beginning to believe WotC is gonna hook it up again.

No, obviously Turntimber Symbiosis Flip is the best green card in the newest sets. It is a 7 drop that can be played on turn 1! /s

This new jeweled lotus card can enable t1 Yeva, or t2 yeva with 1-3 mana extra for instant speed plays the same turn she is cast. Looks spicy but looks to become otherwise?
October 30, 2020 4:11 a.m.
l13199l: It's going in and while the prospect of bringing out Yeva early speeds us up a lot, this does so much more for other decks, making it feel kinda meh for us. On the other hand, being able to respond with our creatures at instant speed much earlier could have its implications as well. We can also feel better about using Yeva as a resource to things like Natural Order, Eldritch Evolution, or Wirewood Symbiote (Survival of the Fittest) cast her easily after.

This is definitely my favorite styled deck on tappedout for sure. Could you tell me how to center the heading text, and get rid of the featured card?
November 9, 2020 4:49 p.m.
DemMeowsephs: scotchtapedsleeves Helped me with my aesthetics, so I am not entirely sure. However, to change the featured card you can select is underneath the list itself on the edit page.

KayneMarco Scryb doesn't need to tap, it bounces itself to untap something else, specifically a creature tapping for 3 or more!
